| In recent years,with the rapid development of new energy vehicle industry,there are professional third-party power battery recyclers in the market,and the government has set standards for the recycling of waste power batteries.In this context,how professional third-party power battery recyclers affect the recycling mode of waste power batteries,and the impact of the third-party power battery recyclers’ dis assembly conversion rate and economies of scale on the recycling decision-making have become a problem worthy of study.This paper first analyzes the recycling mode of power battery.Under the background of power battery supply chain,by analyzing the main body involved in power battery recycling and its characteristics,this paper puts forward a recycling mode of waste power battery led by a third-party power battery recycler,and establishes a recycling model on the basis of the recycling mode.Then,based on the recycling model,it uses game theory to establish a mathematical model and solve the mathematical model.Finally,use Matlab software to carry out calculation examples and drawing discussion on the solution results,and draw the conclusions of thi s paper.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)when there are professional third-party recyclers in the market,automobile manufacturers and third-party recyclers at the same time,the third-party recyclers will play a dominant role in the recycling mode;(2)when the dismantling conversion rate of waste power batteries reaches 0.5,the third-party Recyclers are advantageous;the average comprehensive cost reduction can improve the recycling efficiency of waste power batteries However,the recovery rate of the third-party power battery recyclers is significantly improved,while the recovery rate of the automobile manufacturers is not significantly improved;(3)the impact of the decline of the average comprehensive cost on the profit of the third-party power battery recyclers is small,but it has a greater impact on the total profit of the power battery manufacturers and the system.The management implications of this paper are as follows:(1)the third-party recycler needs to improve the dis assembly conversion rate to 0.5 or above;(2)the third-party recycler can choose to cooperate with power manufacturers and automobile manufacturers to obtain stable supply,improve the quantity of recycling and improve their own disassembly conversion rat e;(3)the thirdparty recycler should choose to carry out the remanufacturing of power batteries Business,make full use of the materials from dismantling,get the initiative in pricing. |
