| Project management is very mature internationally in terms of theory and practice,and has been widely used in many fields.However,it is relatively late to start analysis and application of project management in China,and it is still in its infancy,especially in auto parts.In the application of the industry,there is still a lack of theoretical and practical methods that fully meet the actual needs of domestic auto parts manufacturing projects.Therefore,it is necessary to find practical ways to provide guidance for auto parts manufacturing projects according to the specific domestic conditions.This research takes C auto parts M project management as a specific object,combined with modern project management theories and methods at home and abroad,comprehensively and in-depth analysis of the shortcomings of C company project management,the purpose is to provide reference value for similar domestic enterprise project management work.After discussing the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management,this research first explained the details of company C and the specific situation of project management at present,and then analyzed the M project as a specific example,starting from schedule management and risk management,Quality management three angles discussed the problems existing in the M project,and finally clarified the basic principles and basis to be followed in the program design,and formulated corresponding improvement plans for the problems in the risk management,schedule management,and quality management of the M project.,Discuss the effect that can be achieved by implementing the program.It is hoped that this research can effectively promote C company’s auto parts project management. |
