| With the development of economy,the domestic automobile market develops rapidly,and the market demand for vehicles gradually tends to saturation state.However,while the overall growth rate is slowing down,the quality requirements gradually rising.With the request of customized and short cycle production,more and more vehicle manufacturers continue to develop new technology,optimize the allocation of resources.Auto parts are the foundation of the vehicle industry,and also essential element for high-quality development of the automobile industry.Which make higher standard for the supplier:high quality,high R&D level,short life cycle,low cost.At the same time,the high innovation and development of the auto parts industry also given the OEMs strong impetus.They promote each other,and also push high-quality development of the entire automotive industry.SZ Auto parts company take advantage of the rapid ADAS development,integrate software,hardware technology and provide automatic driving solutions to major OEMs.The products mainly include central controller for autonomous driving and intelligent front camera,which with high safety level and difficult technology.Due to the particularity of ADAS products,in some projects,it’s hard to meet OEM short timing development requirement.How to complete the short cycle project with high efficiency and high quality is an urgent problem for SZ Company.This article takes SZ company new automotive parts development schedule management as the research object,analyze the current status of SZ Company’s new product development schedule management from the aspects of management organization structure,management system,current process and so on.Through analysis,it is found that there are many management problems,such as untimely task allocation,inadequate project management communication,imperfect project development process and unreasonable allocation of project human resources.And then analyze the causes of the below problems.For these problems,this article make some optimal designs,including:schedule management optimization design,process tracking optimization design,process plan optimization design and so on.In order to the optimized design can be implemented,some safeguards are also proposed,such as performance appraisal,training for group members who at key points of the project schedule.Through this study,improved the R&D management ability and project development schedule management of SZ auto parts company.Project management process was optimized,development cycle time was shorten and also the quality of development is improved,which strive for greater market development.This paper is a study of SZ Company’s new product development project schedule management,which will has certain reference and guiding significance for the whole auto parts industry in new product development project schedule management. |
