With the growing maturity of aviation technology and the deepening development of the aviation market,domestic and foreign airlines at the beginning of the 21 st century ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development,introducing new aircraft and recruiting a large number of cabin crew to cope with the existing aviation market demand.However,in the process of growing and developing,the problem of serious cabin crew turnover of each airline has become one of the important factors affecting its development,and it is getting more and more attention from the managers of each company.Especially for Airline C,since 2015,the management has put more energy and resources into expanding the company’s scale and training flight personnel,and has not paid enough attention to the construction of cabin crew team,which has led to the increasing number of cabin crew turnover year by year,and this phenomenon has not been fundamentally improved despite some remedial measures taken later.Therefore,this thesis takes Airline C as the research object,based on the premise and background of the high turnover rate of cabin crew before the impact of the global new crown pneumonia epidemic in 2019,and on the basis of sorting out the current situation of the research on the tendency to leave at home and abroad,we explore four aspects of Airline C’s cabin crew from the analysis of organizational structure,personnel structure characteristics,new changes in cabin crew work and the impact of high turnover rate of cabin crew on Airline C.The questionnaire was designed in four aspects:personal factors,job identity,job satisfaction and personal career development,and a total of 300 cabin crew members participated in the questionnaire.The results of the study found that the coefficient of age was positive,the coefficient of marriage was positive,and the rest of the variables had a negative influence on the tendency to leave,which were ranked in descending order according to the degree of influence: technical level,personal career development,job identity,and reward satisfaction;finally,countermeasures to reduce the tendency to leave of cabin crew of Air C were proposed and Finally,we propose countermeasures to reduce cabin crew turnover tendency and analyze the effects.Through the above research ideas,this thesis discusses the factors influencing the tendency of cabin crew to leave Air C.It will help Air C to be competitive in the market and to develop and utilize the human resources of cabin crew more deeply,improve the employees’ recognition of the job itself,and effectively reduce the turnover rate of cabin crew,which will help Air C to be sustainable and stable.
