With the advent of the era of digital economy and the comprehensive promotion of the ’Made in China 2025 ’ strategy,the traditional manufacturing industry has entered the stage of digital transformation.The realization of digital transformation requires more new generation of skilled workers with higher education and strong learning ability.The new generation of technicians has a distinct personality and more employment opportunities,resulting in a higher turnover rate.As a small and medium-sized enterprise in digital transformation,Z vehicle factory has a large number of digital production lines,which requires the new generation of technical workers with professional skills to support the development of enterprises.However,the high turnover rate of the new generation of skilled workers has become the bottleneck of enterprise development.Z vehicle factory needs to study and analyze the turnover intention of the new generation of skilled workers in order to better intervene in their turnover behavior.In this paper,aiming at the turnover intention of the new generation of technical workers in Z vehicle factory,the literature research method is used to summarize the research on turnover intention at home and abroad,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the research.Through interviews and questionnaires,the basic situation of Z vehicle factory and the data of the new generation of skilled workers affecting turnover intention were collected.Using spss24 to empirically test the main factors of the turnover intention of the new generation of technicians.After empirical verification,the influencing factors of turnover intention are significantly manifested in work autonomy,work monotony,social support,career growth,and work pressure.Based on the results of empirical test and the causes of turnover intention,this paper puts forward three suggestions : paying attention to the multi-level needs of skilled workers;improve the performance appraisal system;create a good working atmosphere to reduce the turnover intention of the new generation of technicians.Through this study,it not only effectively reduces and controls the turnover intention of the new generation of skilled workers in Z vehicle factory,but also brings reference for human resource management of other similar manufacturing enterprises.
