Driven by the concept of “Developing Water Conservancy and Hydropower” and “Clean Energy Development”,the country has set off a new upsurge in the development of water conservancy and hydropower resources.With the promotion of foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises,the development of China's water conservancy and hydropower resources has entered a new era.The stage of development.Under this background,the problem of the lack of management talents and technical talents of domestic water conservancy and hydropower enterprises has become more and more prominent.The high turnover intention of employees of water conservancy and hydropower enterprises has finally led to the problem of brain drain becoming an important factor restricting the development of enterprises.In recent years,HD water conservancy and hydropower companies have a high turnover tendency,especially the large loss of professional and technical personnel not only causes the increase of company management costs,but also affects the safe operation of investment projects and the stable development of the company.As the turnover rate of HD water conservancy and hydropower companies has increased year by year,this study investigates the factors affecting HD water conservancy and hydropower companies and provides guidance for the company to develop scientific and reasonable employee management measures.At present,there are many researches on the turnover intention of employees at home and abroad.Some scholars put forward the relevant motivation model of employee turnover on the basis of practice.As a part of the study of turnover intention,domestic scholars have carried out extensive research on employee turnover intention.Combined with the research results at home and abroad,this study used the questionnaire survey method combined with the company's current situation to study the turnover tendency of HD water conservancy and hydropower company employees.Through research and analysis,the specific factors that make employees' turnover intentions mainly include the following aspects: Work environment;Second,salary and benefits;Third,promotion mechanism;Fourth,staff training;Fifth,career planning and management.In view of the above five aspects,the main countermeasures and measures to reduce the turnover intention of employees are proposed.To this end,the company must optimize the staff training mechanism and compensation and benefits system,broaden the channels for employee promotion,and facilitate employees to achieve their personal development goals.The company should strengthen the career planning and management of employees,and arrange the positions according to the characteristics and development goals of the employees,so as to match the people and posts and improve the performance of the work.Through this paper,the research on the turnover tendency of HD water conservancy andhydropower companies,changing the company's passive acceptance of the status of employee turnover,providing theoretical guidance for HD Water Resources and Hydropower Investment Co.,Ltd.to actively respond to employee turnover,reduce the turnover of employees,reduce the loss of personnel,and improve The internal and external attractiveness of the company preserves the strength of the company's long-term development and enhances the overall competitiveness of HD Water Resources and Hydropower Investment Co.,Ltd.
