| Land resources are our most basic means of living and objects of labor.Rural settlements are an important condition for human survival and life.As a place for residents to produce and live,their formation is closely related to nature,economy,society and land.However,with the process of urbanization and rural revitalization,there are some problems,such as the reduction of cultivated land resources,the loose layout of rural settlements and the low level of intensive utilization.Therefore,the optimization of rural residential land is imminent.The optimization of rural residential land plays an important role in rural residential planning,improving living environment and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Taking Lincheng County as an example,this paper analyzes the rural residential land in Lincheng county from multiple perspectives and dimensions by using GIS analysis technology and data statistics,including its current situation characteristics,spatial layout and time evolution,and points out the existing problems,social impact and internal demand for the optimization of the existing rural residential land in Lincheng county,Identify the natural,social,economic and land use factors affecting the change of rural residential land,and use the modified construction land standard method to measure and calculate the optimization potential and grade scale of rural residential land.Then the MCR model is used to construct the resistance surface system,divide the appropriate zoning,finally determine the optimization type of rural residential land suitable for different areas of Lincheng towns,and put forward the optimization strategy,so as to provide scientific support for rural residential planning and regional development.The main research results of this paper are as follows.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the land for rural residential areas in Lincheng County exceeds the standard seriously,and the per capita rural residential area in Lincheng county is 300.40m~2/person,which is 2.15 times the maximum restricted average area stipulated by the state.The phenomenon of“hollow village”is significant,the land utilization rate is low,and the layout of rural residential areas in Lincheng county is scattered and lack of planning;(2)The theoretical potential of rural settlements in Lincheng county is 3902.42hm~2,and the actual potential is 2187.26hm~2,accounting for 36.54%of the total area of the county.At the same time,Lincheng county is divided into classⅠ,ⅡandⅢaccording to the potential coefficient,and the potential time sequence is divided according to the potential zoning.Among them,the class I optimization potential area located in the class I potential area includes Lincheng Town,and the class II optimization potential area includes Dongzhen Town Heicheng Town,Xishi town and Yageying township.The grade III optimization potential areas include Zhaozhuang Township,Shicheng Township and Haozhuang town;(3)Through MCR model,the current rural residential land in Lincheng county is divided into five areas:highly suitable area,more suitable area,general suitable area,less suitable area and extremely unsuitable area.Combined with each township,the suitability degree of different rural residential areas in each township is divided;(4)According to the requirements of village layout structure in Hebei Province and the results of land suitability zoning of rural residential areas in towns and townships in Lincheng County,the land optimization mode of rural residential areas in Lincheng county is divided into five modes:suburban integration,agglomeration and promotion,retention and improvement,withdrawal and relocation and characteristic protection,and the land optimization types of rural residential areas are divided respectively.The optimization types of rural residential land are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward. |
