The urban new area is the main carrier for the expansion of urban residential land,and the suitable residential land planning is the basic guarantee for the benign development of the new area.However,the traditional urban residential land planning usually adopts the “ first layout,post-balance ” mode with strong subjective consciousness,which leads to the serious lack of correlation between the supply of residential land and the actual demand of urban housing.In addition,the limitations of residential land planning in the traditional mode have made it difficult to cope with the construction requirements of residential land in different cities.The residential area of??the living circle is the starting point to meet the needs of the residents.It not only satisfies the material space needs of the urban residents,but also meets the social interaction needs of the residents in the living circle.The promulgation of the design standards for settlements,which puts forward the requirements of the living quarters of living quarters at all levels,also has a certain impact on the composition of urban living space.Therefore,starting from the needs and construction requirements of urban residents,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a bottom-up urban residential land planning based on the living quarters.As a new industrial zone supporting the Wuwei International Land and Port,Gulang New District undertakes the urban functions of living facilities and industrial development.The scientific and reasonable residential land suitability planning is the prerequisite for realizing the goal of“new city livable and prosperous area”in Gulang New District.Taking Gulang New District as an example,this paper studies the development of residential land index and layout system based on living quarters,andexplores the most suitable urban residential land planning model under the construction of living quarters.Firstly,based on the summarization of relevant theoretical research and practical problems,the thesis starts with the influence of life circle construction on residential land planning,and combs and discusses the internal relationship between living area residential area construction and residential land index and layout,and concludes the life.The research framework for the calculation and layout planning of residential land indicators under the circle construction.Secondly,through the calculation of the urban housing level and the plot ratio of residential land,the bottom-up evaluation of the suitability index of residential land in Gulang New District is carried out.The results of the calculation are compared with the requirements of the indicators constructed in the residential area of ? ? the living circle,and the value range of the urban residential land suitability index based on the living circle is obtained.Finally,based on the population size of Gulang New Area,the initial construction of the inner living circle of the urban area,through the analysis of the layout of the residential space and the layout of the urban function,the circle structure of the living quarters is implemented to the urban living space structure.Based on the judgment of residential land index on the capacity of residential land,the layout of residential land layout at the urban level and community level of Gulang New District is studied,and the suitable layout pattern of residential land in Gulang New District under the construction of living circle is finally derived.Through the research of this paper,the urban residential land suitability planning model based on the life circle is proposed,in order to provide some reference and reference for the future residential land planning methodology research.
