With the rapid development of society and economy,urban residential space in China is gradually becoming high-density in high-rise buildings.At the same time,based on the trend of fewer children in old age and the return of modern urban development concept of "humanism",the contradiction between children and urban space has been highlighted and become one of the focuses of social attention.Since2015,a number of cities in China have responded to the call of national child-friendly city construction,and Shanghai,Shenzhen,Changsha and other cities have included it in their 13 th Five-Year Plan.Communities are not only the basic unit of the construction of child-friendly cities,but also the grass-roots unit of the national governance system.The model of "co-construction and co-governance" based on the construction of "child-friendly communities" can not only arouse the attention of the society to the protection of children’s rights and space needs at the community level,but also explore the practice channel of connecting multiple forces to participate in community governance issues with children as the emotional junctive point.Therefore,paying attention to the joint construction and governance of child-friendly communities not only enables the children in the city \ community to have a better physical and mental healthy growth environment,but also makes a city \ community better suited to everyone.Therefore,this paper chooses Fengquan Gujing Community in Changsha City as the research object,and discusses how to achieve multi-party co-construction and co-governance in the process of building a child-friendly community.The research methods of this paper include literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis,action research and stakeholder interview.Literature analysis is carried out to analyze and summarize the existing research on child-friendly community and co-construction and co-governance model;The case analysis describes three specific cases to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the co-construction and co-governance mode under different dominant players and the link role played by children in the existing mature cases,which plays a certain reference and comparison effect in the practice case and model summary of Fengquan Gujing Community.Method through stakeholder interviews and actions to participate in children’s friendly community to participate in the object,purpose,in the process of practice project resources,methods were analyzed,and through the social network relation analysis of the practice of actors in the social position or advantage differences of network structure,summarizes fengquan ancient community in public space as the carrier,The awareness of community grass-roots as the core guidance,the assistance of colleges and social organizations,the participation of children as the main,the support of primary schools and enterprises and institutions resonance to the practice of cooperative action of the child-friendly community to co-build and co-govern the community public space.With children as the link,it promotes the communication and interaction of community residents,reshape the neighborhood relationship,and improve the sense of belonging and cohesion of the community.Finally,it puts forward the model of co-construction and co-governance of child-friendly community based on the practice of Fengquan Gujing Community.
