A Study On The Child-friendly Renewal Of Outdoor Public Spaces In Old Communities In Mountainous Cities

Children are the guarantee for the sustainable development of society and the inheritance of civilization,and the future of the nation,the country,and humanity.The international community promulgated the Convention on the Rights of the Child as early as the 1990 s,and further launched the "Child-Friendly Cities"(CFC)initiative to call on all countries to respect children’s rights and jointly create a safe,inclusive,and fully responsive to children’s needs Cities and communities.As the country with the largest group of children and children in the world,my country has also responded positively in recent years and has successively promulgated the "China Children’s Development Program(2011-2020)" and "Child-Friendly Community Construction Regulations" to protect children’s rights and promote the environment.friendly.The space environment,as an intuitive embodiment of "friendliness",is the key to further construction.Because it is not only a place for children’s outdoor activities,but also an environment that promotes children’s physical development,psychological growth,and personality cultivation.As the basic unit of the city,the community is not only the closest space for children’s daily life,but also the most frequent place for outdoor activities.Although many scholars have focused on this and explored the space environment of child-friendly communities,most of them come from plain cities such as Beijing,Shenzhen,Changsha,and Chengdu,while research on mountainous urban communities is relatively scarce.Different from plain urban communities,the old communities in mountain cities have a unique natural environment and mountain-based construction methods to create a more complex and multi-dimensional public space network.In the early observations of children living in old communities in mountain cities,we saw more differences in children’s activities from plain urban communities,the strong connection between children and the space environment,and mountain cities that can stimulate children’s creativity Space flexibility.Based on the above preliminary cognition and the current status of research on the lack of local child-friendly updates,this article focuses on two key questions: What is the relationship between outdoor public spaces in old communities in mountain cities and children’s activities? At the same time,under the regional differences,how to carry out the child-friendly renewal of the local community? The first question is based on real local observations,from the three levels of Yuzhong District,typical communities and nodes,using overlay analysis and behavioral scenario analysis,from the spatial distribution of children’s activities,types of spatial preferences,and their relationship with spatial elements.In-depth analysis of four aspects of interaction,space behavior and scene mode;and to summarize the local connotation of child-friendly outdoor public space in the old mountain community.On this basis,according to local conditions,the update goals,principles,index systems,general ideas,and classification guidelines for the update of child-friendliness of outdoor public spaces in old mountain communities are proposed.The study found that there is a strong correlation between the outdoor public space and children’s activities in the old mountain communities,that is,the space is limited but full of interest,and the facilities are insufficient,but the original space is flexible,giving children more self-creation And the high possibility of development.Based on this,this article puts forward a new understanding of child-friendliness in old communities in mountain cities— "limited friendship";and based on this connotation,combined with international consensus,starting from the two lines of material space and children’s selfdevelopment,the mountain is proposed.The target level of child-friendly renewal of outdoor public spaces in old communities.At the same time,the locality correction and connotation deepening of the index system of the old mountain communities are aimed at making additions,deletions,additions,deletions,and deletions based on the existing research consensus based on the child-friendly problems and advantages of outdoor public spaces in the old mountain communities.And deepen the connotation.Finally,the idea of child-friendly updating in the old mountain communities is proposed from three aspects: in principle,strong rigidity,supplement software,and promote flexibility;in terms of updating methods,light intervention,light rules,and differences;in terms of updating ideas,half Planning,design,and growth.
