Research On Community Reconstruction Design Under The Concept Of Urban Sharing

The rapid development of the city has brought about a forest of tall buildings and buildings.Behind these cold buildings are alienated interpersonal relationships and self-"protection " lacking in trust.As a part of the city,communities are also faced with problems such as people’s reluctance to communicate with each other,residents’ lack of sense of community participation and the collapse of warmth in old neighborhoods.Therefore,it is very crucial to implant the concept of urban sharing into community reconstruction,which can promote the relationship between neighbors and activate the vitality of communities,and play an important role in promoting urban construction.At present,there are few kinds of research on community reconstruction theory in the context of the urban sharing concept in China,but at the same time,many communities in China begin to try to integrate the concept of sharing into community reconstruction,which leads to the disharmony between theory and practice.Based on this background,this paper will start from the reconstruction of Liuxuanyuan Community in Yangliuqing Town,Tianjin,integrate the concept of urban sharing,regain the vitality and vitality of the community,explore the feasibility of the concept of urban sharing in the community,and summarize its model system,to provide new theories and methods for community reconstruction.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,introducing the research background,research significance,and objectives,research content,research methods,etc.The second chapter is the research review.Firstly,it studies the current situation at home and abroad,combs the impact of the transformation on the community under the concept of urban sharing,and analyzes and summarizes the existing community transformation cases at home and abroad.The third chapter is the strategy research.According to the previous theoretical research,it summarizes the community transformation strategy,detailed construction and transformation impact based on the concept of urban sharing.The fourth chapter is the application practice,taking Liuxuanyuan Community of Yangliuqing Town in Tianjin as an example,analyzing the current situation and problems,and carrying out the renovation design of the old community according to the strategies mentioned above.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,hoping that the application of this practice can provide some reference for the subsequent community reconstruction under the concept of urban sharing.
