Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of veteran cadres’ activity facilities in Guizhou Province,focusing on the key and difficult problems of urban multi-storey and long-span Vierendeel Sandwich plate structure construction technology,comprehensively considering the needs of safety,economy and practicability,this paper adopts the combination of physical test and SAP2000 finite element analysis model,from the erection mode of support system The concrete pouring method,the effective turnover and utilization of the support,and the cooperation between the installation engineering and the open web sandwich plate are studied and explored.The main work is as follows::(1)Study on construction support system of multi-storey and long-span open web sandwich plate structureAccording to the characteristics of multi-storey and long-span Vierendeel Sandwich plate structure and relevant construction experience,the construction is completed by one-time erection of full formwork support system.According to the current code,the main technical parameters of the full formwork support system are determined through design and calculation;Using SAP2000 finite element analysis software,the internal force and deformation characteristics of the main components of the full hall formwork system are analyzed.(2)Study on concrete pouring method and construction joint reservation position of multi-storey and long-span open web sandwich plate structureThrough experiments,the construction characteristics of one-time pouring and two-time pouring of concrete in multi-storey and long-span open web sandwich plate structure are studied;The reasonable position and technical requirements of construction joint during concrete pouring and forming are determined.(3)Study on demolition of construction formwork system and reverse roof form of multi-storey and long-span open web sandwich plate structureThe whole construction process of multi-storey and long-span Vierendeel Sandwich Panel structure is numerically simulated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software.Through the comparative study of three finite element analysis models,i.e.retaining all the support system,removing the first floor support and reverse roof after removing the first floor support,the more suitable removal time and requirements of Vierendeel Sandwich Panel support system are obtained.(4)Study on new super long high strength bolt fastening technology of composite Vierendeel Sandwich Plate StructureAccording to the characteristics of structure,processing and assembly of U-shaped steel plate of combined Vierendeel Sandwich plate structure,a new super long highstrength bolt fastening tool and detection tool are developed,which effectively solves the problem of difficult installation of U-shaped steel plate in combined Vierendeel Sandwich plate structure.This paper has 69 pictures,13 tables,and 87 references.
