The reinforced concrete Vierendeel Sandwich floor is a new type of spatial grid structure,which can be divided into two types: orthogonal positive and oblique oblique Vierendeel Sandwich plate.The structure has the advantages of light weight,material saving and beautiful appearance,and has achieved good economic and social benefits in engineering practice.Based on the relevant research results,Professor Ma further proposed the honeycomb sandwich plate structure,which has the advantages of uniform stress and strong adaptability.The honeycomb type Vierendeel Sandwich plate adopts the assembly type construction method,which saves labor and cost,accelerates the construction progress,and is convenient for industrial production.In this paper,based on the finite element numerical simulation,the mechanical properties of the new honeycomb reinforced concrete Vierendeel Sandwich plate are studied:(1)Introduces the method of construction and installation of the honeycomb type reinforced concrete Vierendeel Sandwich plate,finite element theory is discussed based on the basic mechanical properties and structures,the mechanical characteristics of the structure are analyzed,the practical calculation method based on the principle of equivalent bending stiffness of the structure.(2)Based on the finite element analysis software,the finite element model of honeycomb sandwich plate is established,and the deflection distribution of the structure and the basic vibration characteristics of the structure are studied.In order to further grasp the stress characteristics of the structure,analysis of the mesh size,height,upper and lower rib sandwich plate size,sheet thickness and surface segmentation of beam size and other parameters on the structural deflection and vibration frequency influence,according to the analysis results,the grid size and height on the mechanical properties of sandwich plate structure has great influence on.Under the rib size has a certain effect on the mechanical properties of the surface structure,sheet thickness and split beam size has little influence on the mechanical properties of the structure,and based on the calculation results and puts forward suggestions for reasonable choice of component size.(3)Introduces the commonly used evaluation of pedestrian load model and the comfort standard of honeycomb type Vierendeel Sandwich Plate in different dynamic load response,and the honeycomb sandwich plate fasting comfort was evaluated.The results showed that the honeycomb type hollow sandwich floor can meet the specification requirements of the floor comfort the in the pedestrian loads,is an excellent structure which is suitable for the large span of the floor,has a very broad application prospects.
