Interior Design Of The Elderly Sanatorium In Qingdao Development Zone From The Perspective Of "Form And Meaning Field"

In recent years,China’s aging situation develops rapidly,various types of pension institutions are constantly established,and the scale of pension industry develops rapidly.Due to the urgent demand for places for the aged,the interior design of institutions for the aged in China focuses more on the basic functional needs and carrying capacity,thus neglecting the humanistic care in space design,especially the lack of design care for the emotional needs of the elderly group.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to find an innovative design method of the space system for the elderly to meet the physical and mental needs of the elderly.The main research purpose of this paper is to analyze the rules and specific design methods of the interior design of the sanatorium for the elderly with the help of the theory system of "the field of form and meaning",and then explore a systematic idea of the interior design of the sanatorium for the elderly,to care about the emotional needs of the space of the elderly,and to create a more pleasant,universal and warm place for the aged.In the research process,field research method was used to visit the nursing home and other similar functional Spaces to understand and collect the problems in their interior design;Questionnaire survey was used to understand the living status and physical and mental needs of the elderly;Through the literature review method to understand the relevant content of space design for the elderly at home and abroad,analysis of the overall functional requirements,spatial layout characteristics;Using the case analysis method to analyze the excellent design cases at home and abroad,from the analysis and summary of the design form and thinking worth learning.In terms of research content,first of all,based on the relevant norms and practical needs,the functional structure of the space for the nursing care of the elderly was analyzed,and the common layout patterns and design principles were summarized based on the existing cases;Secondly,the design expression of tension,inclusiveness,hierarchy and poly-meaning in the interior space of the sanatorium for the elderly was explored based on the theory of the formative field,and the application of the six dynamic design methods of the formative field in the sanatorium space for the elderly was analyzed in combination with specific design cases.The paper analyzes the design emphasis of each functional area of sanitarium by using the thinking way of non-material restrictive factors in the theory of "physical and mental field";Thirdly,the interior design of the sanatorium for the elderly in Qingdao Development Zone was taken as an example to carry out innovative practice.Under the guidance of the design thinking system of the visual field,the interior function layout,flow trend,color application,barrier-free design and other specific design analysis and innovative expression of the display were carried out;Finally,the evaluation system of the theory of "the field of form and meaning" was used to make a macro and micro systematic evaluation of the interior design scheme of the sanatorium for the elderly,in order to verify the application of design methods and the effect of space presentation.It is hoped that this research practice can provide some practical design ideas and methods for the future interior design of the elderly convalescent space.
