Rural Landscape Planning Research Of Sichuan Shallow Hilly Area Based On Integrating Of Production,Life And Ecology

The construction of beautiful countryside is the objective requirement when China’s economy and society entering a new stage of historical development and is an important strategic measure for the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council to fundamentally solve the "three rural issues".At present,the theoretical system research and demonstration construction of beautiful rural construction have achieved some success,but there are still some problems to be solved.The survey found that there are the following problems in the construction of beautiful villages in the shallow hills of Sichuan:the landscape of agricultural industry lags behind;the landscape of farmers’ living is disordered;the rural ecological landscape is degraded,these phenomena have seriously damaged the rural landscape and posed a rural landscape problem,hindering the development of the countryside.Therefore,the current a perfect village landscape development model which is fit for ecological,production and life must be set up to solve the problem of rural landscape planning in Sichuan hilly area,and promote the development of the beautiful countryside in this regional.At the same time,it also provides reference for the construction of beautiful countryside in other areas.This article adopts the method of combining theory with practice,and landscape ecology,landscape aestheticsurban and rural integration theory,industrial agglomeration theory,sustainable development theory as the theoretical support,and take production cultivation,life cultivation and ecological cultivation as the means to study on the planning of villages and towns in shallow hills of Sichuan in three aspects of agricultural industry landscape,farmers’ living landscape and rural ecological landscape.Agriculture industry landscape lag,farmers’ living landscape promiscuity,and rural ecological landscape degradation constitute the main problems of rural landscape planning in the shallow hilly area of Sichuan.The main reasons are Landscape structure,facilities landscape construction issues,technical matters,the problem of regional industrial landscape disharmony,landscape fragmentation problem,peasant quality problem,environmental problems caused by blind development and management model problem and so on.Then analyzed the planning of Quanshui Village in Daying,Daxi Village Dongqiao Town Fuyang City and Bai Ping-wusheng Village to sum up the experience as reference for the practical experience of this paper.Based on that to improve the planning strategies.Finally,the feasibility strategy is found through screening and used in Baizhai village planning practice to demonstrate the feasibility of the strategy.The research results of this paper are one method which can improve the coordination of the rural landscape production,living and ecological in Sichuan shallow hilly area is formed and a landscape planning which is based on integrating of production,life and ecology of Baizhai village Daying country are formed.
