Procurement Cost Control And Optimization Of Company T From Perspective Of Supply Chain

Nowadays,the development of economic globalization has brought more opportunities and challenges to many domestic manufacturing companies and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Enterprises with high energy consumption and high cost are more and more difficult to meet the needs of high-quality and sustainable economic development.The market competition among enterprises is not only limited to the competition of products and services,but also reflected in the supply chain management of enterprises.If manufacturing enterprises want to continue to grow in the fierce competition,they must pay more attention to the control and optimization of the supply chain,and improve their overall competitiveness by integrating supply chain resources and reducing operating costs.From the perspective of supply chain,this thesis deeply studies the current situation of T company,and designs and studies the optimization of its procurement cost.Firstly,it analyzes the internal and external environment of T company’s supply chain management,and makes a systematic analysis on each stage of its procurement process(plan supplier management procurement implementation inventory management)combine the relevant theories of supply chain management.Secondly,using the theories and analysis methods of TCO procurement management,analytic hierarchy process,literature query method,empirical research method,the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this thesis analyzes the root causes of the actual problems in the procurement process of T company,and discusses the problems and root causes of the problems in each stage of the procurement process,Based on this,this thesisi puts forward the overall idea and specific strategies for the optimal design of T company’s supply chain procurement cost control.Through the improvement of organizational structure and procurement process,this thesisi puts forward the relevant strategies of cost control from the aspects of procurement plan,supplier management,procurement implementation and inventory management.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures of supply chain procurement cost control from the aspects of technology,talents and system.This thesisi mainly adopts the method of combining theory with enterprise practice,introduces the concept of supply chain management,and makes an in-depth study on the control and optimization of T company’s procurement cost from the perspective of supply chain,which will play a positive role in the company’s procurement management and market competition in the future,and can also provide some references for the procurement management of other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.This thesis has 11 pictures,29 tables and 60 references.
