In recent years,the heavy truck manufacturing industry has a good development trend in China.The annual sales volume of China's heavy truck market has ranked the first in the world.In the face of such a huge heavy truck market,foreign giants began to increase their efforts in Huabu Bureau,the new entrants of domestic heavy truck industry are increasing,and the old heavy truck manufacturing enterprises are also upgrading.The market competition is very fierce.Procurement management is a very important part of the enterprise management of heavy truck manufacturing enterprises,which is directly related to the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise,the sustainable development of the enterprise and the ability to have more competitive advantages in the market competition.This paper first summarizes and analyzes the relevant research results and theoretical framework of procurement management,supply chain management,procurement risk,procurement cost control,etc.,and then through the research on the theory of process reengineering and the theory of early involvement of supplier management,makes the technical route of this paper.In this paper,my company is taken as the research object of heavy truck manufacturing enterprise.It needs a large number of parts with various specifications,complex types and huge supplier system.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of heavy truck manufacturing industry procurement,the case analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of my company's centralized procurement,procurement cost composition,supply chain composition,supplier management,procurement process and organizational structure Analysis.The research shows that there are some problems in my company's purchase management,such as response speed of purchase order,purchase cost,purchase risk,purchase information and so on.This paper analyzes the causes of the above problems,and puts forward the optimization scheme from the aspects of establishing a procurement organization that can achieve rapid response,controlling the internal and external procurement risks,managing the procurement cost with the concept of total cost,and strengthening the construction of procurement information.The results of the implementation of the procurement management optimization program show that the program can significantly improve the on-time delivery rate of my company's orders,the qualified rate of suppliers' accessories,reduce the procurement cost,control the internal and external risks in the procurement management,and improve the level of procurement information management.In view of the procurement management optimization scheme,this paper puts forward the implementation guarantee of my company's procurement management optimization from the aspects of changing the management concept,establishing the people-oriented talent concept and improving the supplier incentive mechanism.Improve the evaluation system of procurement management optimization effect,avoid risks to the greatest extent,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
