Asphalt Pavement Mixing Plant Heat Regeneration Technology

It is a new topic on the recycling of asphalt mixture presently in China.This thesis mainly studies the Hot Mix(Central) Plant Recycling Technology and through the analysis of asphalt aging and recycling mechanism, a scientific approach of asphalt recycling is proved up. Based on the technological characteristics of old asphalt mixture, it proposes necessary to add recycling agent and discusses the technological requirement and quantity of the recycling agent.Based on the asphalt pavement maintenance, this thesis analyzes the Hot Mix Plant Recycling Technology and proposes the critical technologies. Many tests show that the Recycled Mixture have good road characers. In order to apply, this thesis also studies the construction technology of Hot Mix(Central) Plant Recycling and presents the organizing methods of mechanized construction.It is necessary to exploit the equipment of Hot Mix(Central) Plant Recycling according to the present status in our country. This thesis analyzes the critical techonoly of this kind or equipment. For improving the techonoligical characters of the recycled mixture, it proposes that the recycled mixture should be preheated to certain temperature.It also analyzes the technique property, economical and social results of Hot Recycled Mixture of asphalt pavement.
