Research On The Design Of Modern Urban Park Renewal And Transformation Based On The Evaluation Of Cultural And Spatially Value

Chinese modern city parks are generally built in the early years,with a long history,a unique historical culture and a good natural environment.However,due to a long period of time,lack of effective maintenance and management,most of China’s modern urban parks are old and in urgent need of renewal.With the development of city,the transformation of urban function and the improvement of human living environment bring opportunities and challenges to the development of modern urban parks.Compared with the rapid development of modern city life,the development of modern city parks is relatively stagnant,and there is a gap between park function and activity demand.First of all,by consulting the literature and analyzing the domestic and foreign cases,this study summarizes the existing research on the renewal and transformation of modern urban parks,and discusses the concepts,contents and characteristics of the value of cultural space,as well as the existing modern city park value appraisal system to comb.By studying the historical development and evolution of modern urban parks in China,It analyzes the current situation and common problems of modern urban parks,summarizes the contradictions and bottlenecks in the development of modern urban parks,and sorts out the main influencing factors in the process of urban park renewal.Through the theoretical analysis of the renewal and transformation of modern urban parks,the principles of the renewal and transformation of modern urban parks are put forward,and the renewal and transformation strategies are proposed from four aspects: overall optimization,ecological environment optimization,ecological environment optimization,and ecological environment optimization.site shaping,cultural expression,management and maintenance.Secondly,based on the theory of cultural space,the evaluation framework of cultural space value of modern city park is put forward from diachronic and synchronic dimensions,cultural value and space value.Based on the hierarchical analysis method,the modern urban park cultural space value evaluation system is constructed,and evaluates the cultural space value of Qingdao Reservoir Mountain Park as a whole,and obtains the evaluation result of Qingdao Reservoir Mountain Park.Through careful historical combing,full site investigation and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,the site characteristics of the reservoir hill park in Qingdao were obtained.Accordingly,the objectives and vision for the renovation of Qingdao Reservoir Hill Park are determined.Finally,the renovation design of the Reservoir Hill Park in Qingdao was carried out.In the process of renovation,three strategies are implanted: cultural expression based on historical context,site shaping based on behavior activities,and ecological promotion based on health and safety,while giving full play to the historical and cultural value of the Reservoir Hill Park,the landscape and ecology of the Reservoir Hill Park will be upgraded,and a new landscape of the Reservoir Hill Park will be built,integrating historical exhibition,popular science education,waterfront ecology and the vitality of the people,in order to alleviate the modern city park construction and the times demand change in the practical sense of the conflict arising from the mismatch,to achieve sustained vitality.
