Formwork engineering is an important part of the construction process of building engineering.Formwork engineering currently has problems such as low efficiency in the manual design of template layout in the design stage,increased costs due to unoptimized design plans,and confusion in material management.Based on the existing problems of formwork engineering,this paper proposes to apply BIM(Building Information Model)technology to formwork engineering for auxiliary design and management.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the design of formwork engineering and use refined management methods to control costs.This paper proposes a BIM technology-based formwork engineering scheme determination process and management method,which is studied from the following three aspects:(1)Optimized layout of templates based on intelligent algorithms.In this paper,two algorithms for optimizing the layout of templates are proposed,respectively,an improved UV grid algorithm and an improved genetic algorithm.The improved UV grid algorithm is based on the principle of prioritizing standard board layout,which has the advantages of fast speed and neat configuration.This paper refers to the previous research on template layout using genetic algorithm,regards template matching as a nesting problem,and proposes an improved genetic optimization algorithm.The algorithm improves the layout method,coding form,crossover method,crossover probability,mutation probability,and retention policy respectively.The algorithm not only considers the priority layout of standard boards,but also considers the utilization rate of template cutting.By comparing the layout results of the two algorithm templates proposed in this paper with the layout results of the template design software template,the algorithm proposed in this paper is superior to the design software in terms of design speed and material consumption.(2)Formwork engineering optimization based on BIM technology.First of all,this paper improves and perfects the calculation formula of quota consumption,and combines with BIM technology to propose a cost formula of template scheme suitable for actual engineering.Then design the scheme through BIM design software and intelligent optimization template layout method.According to the combination of material type,size and support type during design,a variety of plans are quickly generated,and then the modularized calculation is used to quickly calculate the cost.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to quantify the evaluation criteria to evaluate the template plan.(3)Fine management based on formwork material management library and formwork quota library.The formwork materials in construction projects have the characteristics of large volume and various types,and the cost will be greatly increased if extensive management is carried out.In this paper,a formwork management library is created in the form of a database,the real-time feedback of template resource status can be obtained by recording and analyzing template usage.The formwork quota database not only contains national and local template quota sub-items,but also compiles corporate quota templates that can be dynamically adjusted.In terms of design,this paper proposes two improved algorithms to realize intelligent optimization of formwork,and applies BIM technology to optimize the design of formwork engineering scheme.In terms of construction management,the paper compiles a material management library and a quota library to control materials and costs,thereby improving the degree of refinement of management.
