| After the development and accumulation since the reform and opening up,China’s real estate industry has become the pillar industry of China’s national economy,has made great contributions to the rapid development of China’s social economy,and has made important contributions to the improvement of social living standards.With the continuous expansion and development of China’s real estate industry,problems such as delay in the construction period and substandard quality of real estate projects occur frequently,especially for some medium and large-scale real estate projects,the number and scale of real estate projects are large,and the phenomenon of developing several projects at the same time is frequent,so there is a greater risk in the project development and construction.Therefore,how to use scientific and effective project management methods and means to solve various problems in real estate project construction schedule management is an important problem faced by most real estate companies in China.Based on the theory of project schedule management,this paper summarizes the status quo and problems of schedule management of real estate construction projects in China.On this basis,taking Vanke ideal city construction project as a case,combined with the project schedule management analysis tool,the WBS work breakdown method is used to study the progress of Vanke ideal city construction project,the optimization scheme of the project schedule management is proposed,the experience and problems of the project schedule management are summarized,and the optimization measures of schedule management of real estate construction project in China are finally analyzed.This paper concludes that the progress management of China’s real estate construction project should focus on the following aspects: the preparation of project schedule,the implementation control of construction progress,the disposal of construction schedule delay,and the later management of construction project. |
