| Recruitment is the "entrance" for modern enterprises to introduce talents.The effectiveness of the selection of recruitment channels can help enterprises reduce the short-term turnover rate of new employees,attract,select and retain employees to a greater extent,and thus help enterprises successfully achieve the strategic goal of development.Therefore,Based on the recruitment situation of state-owned power company P relevant personnel as the research object,this study deeply explores the effectiveness of recruitment channels of state-owned power enterprises.According to the research and analysis,the recruitment channels of P Company are campus recruitment,social recruitment,internal recruitment of the power system and internal recruitment of the group.The first two channels have more ordinary employees,while the last two channels are mainly used to complete the recruitment of management personnel.Due to the imperfect human resource management system,weak recruitment strategy planning and inadequate competence of recruitment personnel at the present stage of P Company,the company is faced with such problems as low decision-making independence in the recruitment process,relatively limited recruitment channels and unreasonable recruitment process design.In terms of the effectiveness of recruitment channels,P Company’s campus recruitment and internal recruitment channels are more efficient,but the limited range of options within the group leads to a decline in channel efficiency.System internal recruitment and group internal recruitment channel quality is good,campus recruitment channel quality is poor;the total cost of campus recruitment is the highest,and the internal recruitment cost of the group is the lowest;Group internal recruitment timeliness is the best,campus recruitment timeliness is slightly worse.Future development,the company can P by strengthening evaluation of recruitment channels,the types of rich recruitment channels and to differentiate the recruitment strategy to enhance effectiveness recruitment channels,can by improving the human resource management system,optimizing the enterprise personnel recruitment process and increase financial recruitment to guarantee efficient technical input materials. |
