With the development of society and economic growth,passenger travel demand is increasing.As an important space for passenger distribution in many operation processes of passenger station,waiting hall is the area where passengers stay for the longest time,the largest number of people gather and are most difficult to control and guide.From the perspective of the railway passenger station,the waiting hall is a facility for people to directly contact with the railway system,and the utilization efficiency is directly related to people’s experience of choosing the railway as a mode of travel.From the perspective of passengers,the optimization of the utilization of the waiting hall is,on the one hand,convenient for passengers to wait trains and can increase the comfort of passengers waiting.This thesis summarized the model,algorithm and optimization process of the waiting hall and the related problems in various transportation fields,analyzed the research status and development prospects of the problem,pointed out the shortcomings of the current research and put forward the further research areas on the basis of the existing research results.Based on the existing research and detailed analysis of a series of influencing factors existing in the application process of waiting hall,the thesis finally takes the balance of passenger flow line and waiting hall application as the optimization objective,and optimized the waiting hall.In order to enhance the practical role of the use of the waiting hall,the optimization system of the use of the waiting hall is designed,and the solving models under two special circumstances are established.This thesis mainly studies in the following aspects(1)When analyzing the influencing factors of the waiting hall,this thesis summarized the classification of the waiting hall,the spatial organization mode of the waiting hall,and summarized the probability distribution of arrival time of passengers by studying the factors of train departure time,passenger travel law,etc.In addition,the thesis conducted a field survey on the ticket checking rate and summarizeed its rules,and then combed the passenger flow line and analyzed its static space demand in the waiting hall.Finally,considering the influence of urban function of passenger station on passenger waiting,the influence of commercial space layout on passenger flow line is analyzed.(2)For the study of the use of waiting hall,through the existing literature and the analysis of the above influencing factors,taking the average travel distance of passengers and the balanced use times of waiting hall as the optimization objectives,a double objective optimization model is constructed.In the case of various constraints,this thesis normalized the dual objective optimization function of the waiting hall,evaluated the influencing factors of the waiting hall by using the hierarchical evaluation method,obtained the weight value,solved it by using the simulated annealing algorithm,and finally calculated the disturbance of the weight to analyze the optimization degree of the results.(3)Considering the application of waiting hall application plan in railway passenger station,the thesis designed the optimization system of waiting hall application.According to the system demand analysis,it designed the comprehensive architecture and database of the system,and completed the visualization of the optimization results of waiting hall application.Then,considering the flexibility of waiting hall application,it designed the solution model and algorithm in two special cases.Aiming at the solution of the optimization model,the thesis designs a reasonable and efficient algorithm,takes Wuchang station as an example to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the model and algorithm,and gives the optimization suggestions for the use of the waiting hall.At the end of the thesis,the shortcomings of the research are described,and the related research is prospected.
