In March 2021,the state issued the Outline of the National Comprehensive Three-dimensional Transport Network Plan,requiring the establishment of a three-dimensional transport network with ‘six axes,seven corridors and eight channels’.As the main framework of national transportation network,the reliability and safety of high-speed railway passenger transport system have been paid more and more attention.The security of passenger transport network is not constituted by a single station or line,but is produced by various factors.Network analysis of passenger transport network and security discussion of various factors have broken the integrity of high-speed railway passenger transport system.It is of great significance to carry out the research on the security strategy of high-speed railway passenger transport network based on the characteristics of the station and the characteristics of the railway network.It is of great significance to safeguard the safety of the people,safeguard the comprehensive interests of the country and protect the steady advancement of the modernization construction.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the traffic network,The safety assessment methods is explored that comprehensively consider the characteristics of high-speed railway nodes and railway network,of which safety assurance measures is given on the basis.First of all,the high speed railway passenger transport system node brittle system is established.Based on the theory of brittleness,the factors are discussed that influence the brittleness of high-speed railway passenger transport system.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,it is concluded that the main components of high-speed railway passenger transport system include four subsystems: personnel,equipment,environment and management.Based on the relevant statistical data,the brittleness index of each subsystem is studied,and the data of brittleness of high-speed railway nodes are obtained.Secondly,based on the complex network theory,the brittleness analysis of high-speed railway passenger transport system network is carried out.The complex network topology of high-speed railway passenger transport system is established by taking the related stations as the main nodes and the routes between stations as the main edges.On this basis,the brittleness of nodes is taken as the main weight to build a directed network.The average path length,clustering coefficient,degree index,intermediate index and modularization characteristics of high-speed railway passenger transport system under complex network theory are explored.It is found that China’s high-speed railway passenger transport network has good modular characteristics,indicating that the brittleness of high-speed railway passenger transport system is mainly agglomerated and flowing in modules.Finally,based on the results of network brittleness analysis,the emergency control of high-speed railway is studied.Based on the analysis data of the complex network of high-speed railway passenger transport,the brittleness control methods are putted forward for the brittle nodes and the brittle network.For the subsystem of the brittle nodes,the corresponding measures for personnel,equipment,environment and management are put forward,and the control center is required to deal with the brittleness stimulation.According to the characteristics of fragile network,three measures are given: rational planning of railway network,distribution of regional passenger flow and establishment of control center.19 recommended points of control center in China is proposed according to the distribution of regional fragility.
