How to evaluate the design of passenger interface of metro train truly and effectively,grasp the advantages and disadvantages of the design in time,and reduce the shortcomings in the design,are the problems that need to be solved urgently by designers and operators.At present,most of the research on the comprehensive evaluation system of metro train is focused on the scientific research of evaluation methods,while the research on the evaluation methods and experience is less,but the evaluation methods and experience will more or less affect the evaluation results.When evaluating the design scheme of passenger interface of metro train,there are many evaluation indexes and the evaluation method is complex,which requires continuous optimization of human-computer interaction mode before the interface design of comprehensive evaluation system of metro train.In order to explore the interaction method that is more suitable for the use environment,this study,based on user interviews and research,combs the user’s aesthetic needs,functional needs and emotional needs of the system,and transforms these needs into the blueprint of design objectives,so as to better meet the user’s psychological and operational characteristics.Thus,a comprehensive evaluation method based on the evaluation standard of vehicle interior environment friendliness is established,which takes into account the practicability and ease of use,and realizes the efficient evaluation of the design scheme.Through the relevant literature research,combing the research status of design evaluation,summed up the limitations of the current design evaluation,this paper analyzes the existing evaluation system,and explores the interaction mode suitable for the evaluation of environment-friendly design in metro cars,so as to provide reference for the follow-up interaction design.Through user interviews,the real needs of users for the evaluation of environment-friendly design in metro cars are mined,so as to analyze users’ preferences for interactive operation methods and interface design,and sort out users’ deeper emotional needs and functional needs.Combined with the system interaction design objectives and interaction design principles,the user requirements are transformed into the functional definition of interface design,so as to build the system information architecture,comb the system hierarchy process,determine the functional layout of the interface,and then carry out the visual design of the system.The design scheme is verified and optimized by usability scale and interface design satisfaction evaluation.In this paper,the user behavior is optimized and upgraded in the comprehensive evaluation system of metro train by exploring the interaction method which is more in line with the environment-friendly design evaluation of metro train and the system function and interaction design based on the user’s needs,and more attention is paid to the functionality,visibility and operability.Through the emotional experience,it provides new methods and ideas for the later design evaluation system.
