Transaction equipments include automatic ticket vending machines, automatic recharging machines and automatic ticket machines. They directly face to the passengers and passengers'transport costs. The redesign of transaction system was based on the concept of "people-oriented", servicing for passengers. The research is used by interactive design, focused on the interactive experience behavior between both passengers and transaction system.
