The existing operation and maintenance management of substation mainly records the scene through video monitoring,monitor site management,fixed patrol route,fence protection and other means.There are hidden dangers in operation and maintenance work,such as real-time supervision,no visual management of site and equipment,event tracing difficulties,and failure to review operation and maintenance work.Based on the wireless sensor network,the 3d real-time graphics and positioning system(with the ability of information acquisition,fusion and processing)can be applied to the 3d real-time positioning of power production workers,the recognition of device graphics and image,and the digitalization of position trajectory.In this paper,supported by the digitalization of personnel trajectories and based on the management of accurate and quantitative scientific data,a fully digitized work scene is constructed,and a wireless communication network is set up on the job site to realize the 3d digital scene under human-computer interaction.The main tasks completed are:1.The real-time situational awareness technology for 3d real-time positioning data was studied.Based on the full understanding of the working principles of beidou RTK,UWB positioning technology and MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU),the PDR process using MEMS was studied to discuss the positioning performance of each in the indoor environment.2.Research the panoramic modeling and advanced application of station line based on GIS and BIM,study the realization method of 3d visual virtual substation,and adopt 3d laser scanning technology,laser point cloud data optimization splicing technology and 3d model reconstruction technology.3.The study was based on 3 d real-time positioning and augmented reality equipment quickly identify detection technology,for the same type equipment,considered by combining equipment and AR position,determine the specific number of the similar equipment.The successful application of augmented reality object recognition testing technology.4.Research on augmented reality engine related data visualization display technology,through to the delivery inspection work at the site process,different types of repair and related business system,realize the shipment inspection equipment foundation of on-site staff,equipment state data real-time data and historical inspection and equipment maintenance,repair operation specification,inspection instruction and operation risk warning information,etc.5.According to the regional structure and basic environment of the station line,combined with the three-dimensional modeling and testing technology of the substation,as well as the actual needs of the staff during the substation operation,a three-dimensional real-time wireless positioning system is proposed to be applied in the substation area.It is divided into perception layer,network layer,application layer and display layer.In this standard specification system,can reduce all levels of staff patrol pressure,and real-time monitoring equipment security.
