Research On The Design Of Spatial Form Of Urban Public Street Blocks

Public blocks refer to blocks whose main function is to carry commercial,office,cultural and other public activities,and are an important part of urban public space.With the development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the citizens’ demand for public activities has increased,and more and more public buildings and facilities have begun to be constructed in the form of blocks.The number of domestic public blocks and their proportion in the urban space are significant Promote.At the same time,the structure and spatial layout of public blocks have undergone great changes.The public interface of the city has changed from being road-centered to extending into blocks.The change in the layout of public blocks has prompted us to explore new ways of intensively coordinating block elements.The construction of public blocks in my country is still in the stage of practical exploration,and the experience is not mature enough.The theoretical research on the spatial shape of the block and the analysis of the design method are not sufficient.Some public blocks have unreasonable element layout methods,unbalanced element proportions,and spatial shapes.Design roughness and other issues.The article sorts out and summarizes the spatial form design methods of public blocks through literature research,case studies,and field investigations,hoping to provide practical help for the design of public blocks.The thesis starts from two aspects of the external connection between the public block and the city and the design of the space form,and summarizes the key issues and design points.External relevance explains the relationship between public blocks and the city,and summarizes the ways in which blocks respond to different urban elements,sorting out the road traffic organization,functional layout,internal and external public space linkages,and interface characteristics.The design of the space form of the public block first outlines the elements of the block space form and the related influencing factors,and then analyzes the design strategies of different elements inside the block,from the road network form,functional space layout,land use,public space form,building form Summarize the organizational model and formal characteristics in several aspects of the relationship.Finally,the design experiment was carried out.The site was located in the bus depot of Nanjing New Town Science and Technology Park.The re-planned functional positioning was mainly based on the science and technology industry,and the experience and design methods obtained from the special research were used for analysis and design.The design structure is generated from the perspective of urban relations,and the summary of the spatial form design method in the article is used to refine the internal element relationship of the site to verify the practicability of the research.
