| In this paper,based on the short-distance continuous up-down crossing of various buildings and structures between Futian port station and Fumin station of Shenzhen Metro Line 10,the construction influence and control technology of subway tunnel short-distance up-down crossing of existing buildings are studied.Based on the analysis of the key and difficult points of the project and the current related research status,this paper uses the three-dimensional finite difference numerical simulation method to analyze the influence and control effect of pile foundation underpinning technology,sleeve valve pipe grouting,full section grouting,horizontal jet grouting pile and other pre reinforcement technologies,and verifies the feasibility and applicability of the method according to the construction monitoring data.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Aiming at the construction problem of shield tunnel passing through the brick concrete building in Fumin new village,the control measures and control effect of sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement are studied.It is found that the main cause of building settlement is the formation loss caused by cutterhead passing under the building.In the field construction,measures such as additional grouting should be taken to prevent excessive settlement of the house.In order to avoid the continuous development of building settlement after the shield machine is put out of the building as a whole,secondary supplementary grouting should be carried out on site in time.2.Aiming at the construction problem of shield tunnel passing through Guangshen expressway bridge,this paper studies the control effect of shield tunnel passing through Guangshen Expressway Bridge under the pile foundation underpinning method.The research shows that after the pile foundation underpinning method is adopted,the overlying load of the underpinned pile can be effectively transferred to the new underpinning pile.In the process of shield tunneling,the stress condition of the bridge structure is significantly improved,and the settlement of the bridge is small,which meets the safety control standard.3.Aiming at the construction problem of underground excavation transfer passage passing through large-span drainage box culvert,the control effect of horizontal jet grouting pile + full section deep hole grouting + advance small pipe grouting combined with partition excavation construction method of middle pilot tunnel on construction risk is studied.The results show that the deformation of transfer channel and Huanggang River box culvert can be controlled within the standard requirements by adopting a series of measures,which proves the rationality and applicability of the series of measures.4.Aiming at the seepage problem of deep hole grouting reinforcement area in water rich stratum,the control effect of water stop reinforcement and full section grouting reinforcement of jet grouting pile on seepage problem is studied.The research shows that the full face grouting reinforcement on the basis of three rows of jet grouting piles on both sides of the tunnel can not only effectively restrain a large amount of groundwater flowing into the tunnel from the surrounding and face of the excavation tunnel,prevent the occurrence of adverse phenomena such as water inrush and instability and collapse of surrounding rock,but also effectively reduce the surface settlement and the deformation of the initial supporting structure and control the deformation within safety limits. |
