Compared with wheel-rail trains,the vacuum magnetic levitation transportation project has the advantages of wide speed range,strong climbing,low noise,good stability,high safety,environmental protection and energy saving,and strong adaptability.It is a very competitive green ground transportation vehicle.Taking into account the running speed of high-speed trains,the maglev track must be required to have good ride comfort,so higher requirements are put forward for its related engineering measurement technology.In this thesis,in conjunction with a domestic vacuum pipeline maglev transportation test device project,the following researches on related engineering measurement technologies in the construction process are carried out.First of all,this thesis introduces the measurement method of Three-Dimensional(3D)Control Network precision control network in vacuum pipeline,including how to design the coordinate system of 3D control network,how to lay out 3D control points,how to measure3 D control network and its technical requirements,how to deal with the measured data after the measurement of 3D control network,and how to verify the actual accuracy of the three-dimensional control network.Secondly,the measurement methods and related technical requirements of plane straightness and vertical flatness of T-shaped track of maglev motor are studied.It is proved that the method of free station measurement combined with polar coordinate measurement is feasible to measure the three-dimensional coordinates of each measuring point on T-shaped track;Then the analysis and evaluation method of T-shaped groove rail smoothness is studied,and the flatness and straightness of T-shaped groove rail are evaluated.Finally,the measurement methods and related technical requirements of the plane straightness and vertical flatness of the maglev track are studied.The measured coordinates of each measuring point on the maglev track are fitted by using the line fitting method based on orthogonal least square.Then,the plane straightness and vertical flatness of the maglev track are evaluated from two aspects of fitting residual and fitting precision,Then,the relative ride comfort of maglev track is calculated and analyzed.This thesis discusses the relevant content and practical experience,which has a certain reference significance for the future vacuum pipeline maglev traffic engineering construction engineering measurement.
