| The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of complex tasks, numerous tools, and low efficiency in the daily maintenance of metro vehicles. This paper analyzes and studies the functions and interface requirements of the metro vehicle maintenance auxiliary system through literature research, field research, experimental research and interview questionnaire method.Based on the virtual holographic environment interaction technology of Holo Lens2,combined with gesture and voice interaction,it proposes a MR(mixed reality)interactive interface design of metro maintenance assistance system which is suitable for daily maintenance tasks of metro vehicles,so that relying on scientific and technological means, metro vehicle maintenance has the conditions for the transition from traditional maintenance mode to scientific maintenance mode.First, this paper combs the theoretical basis of the mixed reality interface design, and based on the principles of interface design,human-computer natural interaction feedback design and interface visual design, extract the characteristics suitable for interactive interface of mixed reality system Hololens2.Secondly,according to the type of mixed reality technolog interface,it discusses and summarizes the two-dimensional and three-dimensional interface layout and design elements from the real layer, virtual layer and mixed layer. Then, through the questionnaire survey of maintenance workers,it is found that 88.6 %of maintenance workers intend to use Hololens2 glasses in the maintenance process.According to the demand, the demand relationship diagram of maintenance tasks and auxiliary functions of maintenance workers is constructed, and the demand for different auxiliary functions of maintenance workers under different maintenance tasks is compared.Through the analysis of the KANO model,it is found that the expected values of digitization of task list, tools and guidance of metro maintenance auxiliary system are the highest. In order to meet the safety needs of maintenance workers, the digitization of precautions is proposed as a functional supplement. Finally,in the design practice of metro vehicle maintenance system, two sets of design schemes are proposed by using the characteristics of visual design and interactive interface of MR interactive interface system. The semantic difference method is used to evaluate the schemes, among which scheme A has a better overall effect and better visual presentation effect;after using the usability evaluation method,it is found that scheme A performs well in operation consistency and interface visuals.According to the scoring results and opinions, the optimization iteration is carried out for the problem of interface feedback form, button layout and high color saturation of daily inspection single interface in scheme A,and finally a set of MR interactive interface design scheme for metro daily maintenance auxiliary system is formed. |
