Research On The Integrated Operation Mode Of Trunk-branch-distribution Line In Port-type Logistics Hub

Since the 18 th Party Congress,China’s logistics industry has achieved rapid development,In order to better play the fundamental and strategic role of logistics,the state has released the "National Logistics Hub Layout and Construction Plan","National Logistics Hub Network Construction Implementation Plan" to promote the reduction of the level of social logistics costs and support the construction of a modern economic system.Port-type logistics hubs are important parts of logistics hubs,and the construction of port-type logistics hubs helps improve the efficiency of logistics operations and support the transformation and upgrading of regional industries.The integration of port logistics is the difference between the port and other logistics nodes,which needs to be studied in the logistics operation mode with emphasis.Firstly,the definition of port-type logistics hub and its integrated operation mode of trunk-branch-distribution line are defined in the paper.Then,combined with the development and logistics process of domestic ports,the main problems of the integrated operation mode in port-type logistics hub are systematically put forward by using the theory of logistics integration.Secondly,combined with the operation trend of the integration in port-type logistics hub,the paper expounds the connotation of the integrated operation mode of trunk-branch-distribution line based on the ecosystem,and puts forward four subject behavior relationships and factor circulation.The implementation path of the integration is divided into the primary stage,the forming stage and the perfecting stage for specific analysis.Thirdly,it makes a quantitative study by using the social network analysis method.Based on the hierarchical structure of the regional port network,it can judge whether the port is able to be the port logistics hub,and solve the problem of "unclear core".Factions and social circles are used to analyze the competition and cooperation relationship of the port,so as to provide strategic judgment for the hub.According to the centrality of each node and other indicators,the weak points and dominant points of the integration operation are found.Finally,combined with the theoretical framework and judgment basis proposed in the previous paper,taking Suzhou(Taicang)port as the research object,it is clear that it belongs to the important position of regional port-type logistics hub in the regional port group.According to the strategic cooperation relationship chain and trunk-branch-distribution line operation chain within the hub,the relevant model is established.Through the specific data indicators of social network analysis,it is clear that the hub is currently in the initial stage.It also puts forward improvement measures for the hub to promote the integration.
