As the number of scrapped cars increases every year,the automobile dismantling industry develops rapidly,and the automobile dismantling machine,as a dismantling tool,is widely used in the dismantling industry.Traditional disassembly operations are mainly manual disassembly,carried out by means of electric gas welding and oxygen cutting,etc.,with low work efficiency,it cannot meet the social needs.Therefore,the use of automobile disassembly machine to replace manual operation,which significantly improves the disassembly efficiency,labor intensity and environmental pollution.Based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign waste vehicle recycling and disassembly tools research,the research content of the paper was determined.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the overall structure of automobile disassembly machine was analyzed,the working principle and scope of the working device were determined,and use the Solid Works3 D software to model the entity of the working device.Calculation of hydraulic shear blade size and shear force,the main component material were selected,etc.Then,according to the design requirements of the hydraulic system of the automobile disassembly machine,the hydraulic system of each actuator was designed to meet the requirements.The load-sensing pump was determined as the power device,the selector valve as the control adjustment device,and the double acting hydraulic cylinder as the execution device.Complete the calculation and selection of hydraulic equipment,including hydraulic cylinder,load-sensing pumps,selector valves,filter,etc.Thirdly,the overall model of the load-sensing pump was established.The main reversing valve and pressure-compensated valve in the selector valve were modeled to establish the overall model of the selector valve.Simulation was carried out in simulation mode to analyze whether spool displacement,flow rate and pressure meet the design requirements.Finally,the influence of hydraulic pipeline on the system was analyzed,the hydraulic pipeline model was established,and the influence of relative roughness on the system was investigated.According to the AMESim hydraulic library,the system model of the big arm and fixture was established,parameters were set and simulation was carried out,hydraulic cylinder flow rate,piston rod displacement and displacement velocity were analyzed,and whether the design met the requirements was verified.The 2D simulation model of the working device and hydraulic shear was established from the 2D mechanical storehouse,analyzed the pressure of the two Chambers of the hydraulic cylinder,the force exerted on the piston rod and the displacement velocity to verify whether the requirements were met.As a kind of tool equipment,the automobile disassembly machine assists manual fine disassembly and was applied to the disassembly line of used automobiles to realize the fine disassembly of used automobiles.By analyzing the simulation results,the hydraulic system of automobile disassembly machine was verified to meet the design requirements,which provides the theoretical basis and practical experience for the development of automobile disassembly machine.
