With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the promoting of energy substitution",promoting the whole society to the growing demand for electricity,all aspects of social production and people’s life is inseparable from the power supply and use.In the face of the growing demand of electricity,power distribution network planning has drawn the attention of the electric power sector and urban planning at all levels.The gradual development of smart grid gradual and continuous development of power industry,put forward higher requirements of urban distribution network planning,at the same time also requires planning is scientific,normative and intelligent.Distribution network planning is a very complex problem;a reasonable distribution network planning can meet the requirements of users for the power quality and increasing load demand,reduce the construction cost of the total loss and the total investment and operation cost.Therefore,research on distribution network planning has extremely important significance.First of all,the paper elaborates the main content of the urban distribution network planning and the existing problems,and gives the basic framework,technical principles and implementation steps of the urban distribution network planning.Second,the basic principle of multi-objective evolutionary algorithms and MOBCC optimization algorithms and evolutionary process was described.The MOBCC algorithm shows the advantages of fast convergence,high precision and global searching.Multi objective mathematical model can reflect the different optimization goals of the iterative relationship,taking into account the conditions of various aspects,to obtain the Pareto optimal solution.Finally,according to the current situation and basic characteristics of urban distribution network in Tongling area,this paper designs a multi-objective mathematical optimization model suitable for urban distribution network in Tongling under the condition of a certain load.By using this optimization model,Regional city distribution network in the number of transformers and their capacity value,the number of substations and outlet circuit value optimization solution.The objective function model in the multi-objective mathematical optimization model includes two objective functions of the total cost of distribution network construction and the total cost of operation loss.By using MOBCC optimization algorithm,the optimal solution set can be obtained quickly.The practical value of the model can be seen from the simulation analysis of the specific example,which is especially suitable for the areas with relatively tight land resources,such as cities,and can optimize the two selected objective functions to reflect different optimization objectives.The moving process and the relationship between them have obviously improved compared with previous studies.
