The mechanization level of overhead transmission lines is an important symbol of modern electric power construction.Overhead transmission line construction in our country is at an important stage of accelerated development with structure and quality improving.With bad construction environment field,long distance,cross area,complex and varied terrain characteristics,the overhead transmission line project equipment mechanization degree is not high,influenced by the traditional habits.The reason is not difficult to find,during the transmission line construction process,long-term problems of artificial investment,the lack of construction machinery R&D investment and research on mechanical construction design makes it urgent to strengthen technological innovation and change constructionin mode to adapt to the development of low-carbon green economy,ecological civilization construction and sustainable development.In order to further enhance the ability of smart grid construction,improve the technology level of transmission line construction,and promote the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises,the national Power Grid Corp has strengthened the construction technology and equipment innovation,organized the whole transmission line construction mechanization research and application,and carried out special research and pilot construction from engineering design,construction equipment,organization management,standards and other aspects.Taking the research and application analysis of the whole transmission line process mechanization construction technology as the main line,the research is carried out according to the requirements of the national mechanized construction program and the project’s real situation.The main work is as follows:First,the key technology content of the mechanical construction is introduced,combined with the mechanical construction outline requirements from six aspects:the line path optimization,temporary roads,selection and optimization of tower foundation,mechanical tower specific design and group tower design,mechanical design of cable erection,tower grounding device mechanical construction design.Then,based on the engineering example,the general situation of the project is introduced,the route optimization,the construction road and the material transportation design are carried out.Selection for foundation project is optimized according to the different location,topography and geology,and a series of targeted design are given for mechanical tower design and group tower design,mechanical design of cable erection,tower grounding device mechanical construction design to adapt to the need of mechanical construction.Secondly,the calculation method of mechanization rate is given.Relying on the engineering,the mechanization rate of design scheme is explained by a base list.Finally,different construction schemes are compared from technical and economic aspects,which shows the superiority of transmission line mechanization construction plan.Finally,a whole process flow diagram of mechanized construction of general line engineering is given,and the construction schedule,equipment and personnel configuration tables are provided for reference based on the project.The completion of the project further verifies the feasibility of the mechanical construction view,and further promotes the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises,and realizes the transformation from labor-intensive to equipment intensive and technology intensive.
