| Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of relatively high construction efficiency in the construction process,which provides a good solution for the sustainable development of the construction industry in our country.At present,the development of prefabricated buildings has been strongly supported by the state and has risen to the level of national strategy.The development of prefabricated buildings will help the transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry.Although there are many improvements in the technical level and construction management level of China’s fabricated buildings compared with the past,compared with the countries with relatively developed western economies that have already had very mature experience and management systems in these aspects,China is still in the process of continuous improvement,and the gap cannot be ignored.In this thesis,the fabricated concrete building is taken as the research object,aiming at the engineering construction stage with the largest investment in capital,production materials and manpower and the largest workload in the whole project cycle,the risk item identification,evaluation and response analysis are carried out.First of al,according to the relevant content of the risk management theory,combined with the characteristics of prefabricated concrete buildings,the risks will be managed from three stages: risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.Secondly,each stage is unfolded in detail: in the process of risk identification,this thesis uses the method of WBS-RBS to identify the risk factors in the construction process,decomposes the work content in the construction stage of fabricated concrete buildings in detail,forms a WBS decomposition list,carries out RBS decomposition on the possible risk items in the construction process,45 risk items were identified,forms a coupling matrix,and distinguishes the categories of project risks in the next step;In the process of risk assessment,according to the identification results of the risk items in the previous step,the entropy weight-TOPSIS method is used to analyze and calculate the identification results combined with specific cases,and the risk items are ranked according to the calculation results;In the risk response process,according to the risk ranking results,combined with the differences between fabricated concrete buildings and traditional cast-in-place buildings,the corresponding risk response measures are proposed.This thesis verifies the feasibility of evaluating the risks in the construction process of fabricated concrete buildings by entropy weight-TOPSIS method,combining the theory with the actual situation,enriching the risk management theory in the construction stage of fabricated concrete buildings.Construction enterprises can refer to this risk management method and manage the risks in combination with their own actual construction conditions.Therefore,this thesis has certain reference significance for actual projects. |
