Under the current profoundly changing external environment,China's economy has entered a critical period of transformation from high-speed development to high-quality development.Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and promoting the conversion of old and new kinetic energy have become the only way to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the economy.Enterprises follow the trend and carry out strategic transformation in combination with the external environment and their own conditions.It is a wise move to maintain the vitality and vitality of the enterprise,adapt to the new requirements of the times and the market,and gain a competitive advantage.However,with the crisis in strategic transformation,how to do financial risk management and promote the strategic transformation process smoothly is an issue that every enterprise should consider.Prudently identifying and comprehensively evaluating relevant financial risks,and on this basis,effective financial risk control has become an inevitable choice in the process of corporate strategic transformation.This article selects the A-share listed company of the Shenzhen Stock ExchangeDe'aotonghang Co.,Ltd.as a case study object in the process of strategic transformation to respond to and control financial risks and is forced to terminate the strategic transformation.Entropy-weighted TOPSIS method and other methods,combined with the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management and financial risk management,systematically analyze and discuss the financial risk identification,evaluation and control management issues of De'aotonghang strategic transformation.The main content of this article is divided into the following parts:First,the paper introduces the background of the strategic transformation of De'aotonghang.On the basis of the development of the general aviation industry and the basic situation of De'aotonghang,it focuses on the motivation,process and results of the strategic transformation of De'aotonghang.The whole picture of strategic transformation.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the financial risk management of the De'aotonghang strategic transformation in detail from four aspects: financial risk identification,financial risk evaluation,financial risk control and the consequences of financial risk runaway.Based on enterprise strategic management and financial risk management theory,this paper identifies multiple financial risks such as financing risk,investment risk,and operational risk faced by De'aotonghang in the process of strategic transformation through qualitative and data analysis;using entropy weight TOPSIS method,respectively from both vertical and horizontal perspectives evaluated the changes in financial risks of strategic transformation and the comparison of financial risks in the same industry.In order to comprehensively summarize the gains and losses of financial risk control,this article sorts out the financial risk control measures adopted in the strategic transformation of De'aotonghang,deeply analyzes the institutional and technical deficiencies of its financial risk control,and expands the consequences of the financial risk out of control.analysis.Finally,through the case analysis of financial risk management of De'aotonghang strategic transformation,the thesis attempts to provide useful reference and inspiration for other companies implementing strategic transformation to strengthen financial risk management.
