As the city construction,the demand for high-rise buildings and the rising demand for construction quality,vigorously support the development of a prefabricated construction state.Adopt the process of construction steel template structure,although the engineering quality improved,but there are many unsafe factors,time-consuming,Poor stability in the process of ascension,to improve the accuracy is not high,lifting charge higher shortcoming,and requires a lot of mechanical auxiliary equipment.So I need a can make the security and stability of steel template promotion measures.Combined with the structure of the large load lifting technology,this paper studied the hydraulic synchronizing lifting system of steel template s.This article carefully studied in view of the working condition of hydraulic synchronizing lifting steel template,on hydraulic synchronizing lifting technology of steel template carried on the thorough researc h and design of hydraulic control system.Based on the engineering practice,based on the working principle of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic system of the whole research,at the same time,the mathematical model of hydraulic synchronizing lifting scaffolding steel template.And according to actual engineering need to calculate the parameters of each element,in turn,choose suitable for the hydraulic components of this system,then using AMEsim software,according to choose good modeling of hydraulic components for components,each component and combined,Complete hydraulic synchronizing lifting technology for steel templates overall modeling.Respectively under the same load and different load by simulating the steel template,find out the steel temp late can rise the lifting scheme.Using a closed-loop control method based on displacement,combined with the same control,complete ascension hydraulic synchronous control system design for steel templates.Analysis of the pros and cons of various control methods,decided to use the fuzzy adaptive PID control method,Build the PID controller first,and then build the control model in M atlab Simulink section.Combination of the whole system for joint simulation software AMEsim and Simulink.The results of a nalysis,in the above system with a fuzzy controller,a fuzzy adaptive PID control,After the simulation analysis result,and did not join the model of the fuzzy controller were analyzed.Results of the fuzzy adaptive PID control can improve the response speed of system,Make the system more close to the target,can realize the stable and exact steel template.The hydraulic synchronous lifting monitoring system of steel formwork is designed based on M atlab and Kingview.This system introduces the functions of the online calculation module,user permission module and Communication Module.Finally,it shows all kinds of functions of the hydraulic synchronous lifting system of steel formwork by engineerin g example.To sum up,the steel template synchronizing lifting hydraulic system research,overcome the problem of unbalanced big load,The use of steel formwork in construction,provides a theoretical basis,To improve the working efficiency,reduce unnece ssary waste,and a great advantage in the actual project construction.
