With the rapid development of industrial structure and modernization process,the requirements for technical skill talents in all sectors of society are also increasing,and there is a gap between the skilled talents cultivated by vocational education and the composite technical skill talents required by society.In 2019,the State Council issued the National Implementation Plan for Vocational Education Reform,which points out the direction for the transformation of vocational education and proposes to start the pilot work of 1+X certificate system.Students in institutions are encouraged to obtain multiple types of vocational skill level certificates to promote the cultivation of highquality composite technical skill talents.The development of the Intelligent Connected Vehicle industry is particularly rapid,and there is a huge talent gap.The training of skilled personnel for Intelligent Connected Vehicle is both a challenge and an opportunity for vocational colleges.This paper first summarizes the relevant guiding policies for the reform and transformation of vocational education in our country,the pilot situation of 1+X certificate system and the development of the Intelligent Connected Vehicle industry.Secondly,it analyzes the cultivation situation of Intelligent Connected Vehicle talents in secondary vocational schools,including the analysis of the job demand,the analysis of the learning situation of automotive students,and the analysis of the teaching situation of automotive teachers.Then elaborate the definition,elements,characteristics and theoretical basis of project teaching method.The project teaching method based on Constructivism Learning Theory,Dewey’s “learning by doing” and other vocational education ideas,and the teaching content,learning activities and learning situations are based on real job tasks.Therefore,this paper chooses the project teaching method to comprehensively improve students’ knowledge and ability.Then,the work project is developed for the assessment content of intelligent networked vehicle computing platform testing and assembling,analyzing its work field and corresponding vocational ability,designing project teaching,developing project teaching resources,and applying them in the secondary vocational classroom,and evaluating the teaching effect and students’ ability improvement by means of group mutual evaluation,students’ selfevaluation,students’ interview and teachers’ evaluation.Finally,we analyze the training practice of talents in the direction of Intelligent Connected Vehicles in secondary vocational schools.Reflecting on the problems in teaching practice and proposing improvement measures,and looking forward to the combination of 1+X certificate assessment content teaching and project teaching method.This paper effectively combines the "1+X" certificate system,vocational education methods,and talent training in the direction of Intelligent Connected Vehicle in secondary vocational schools.Carrying out the teaching practice work,the relevant research results have certain guiding role and application value for the training of talents in the direction of Intelligent Connected Vehicle in vocational schools. |
