| The innovation of seismic design theory and method is a great power to promote the development of seismic technology in building engineering and geotechnical engineering.At the beginning of the 21 st century,the concept of building seismic resilience design with resilience as the core has sprung up in the field of civil engineering.This new concept represents a new direction for the future development of building seismic.Scholars at home and abroad explored the evaluation of building seismic resilience and initially formed the evaluation system and method of building seismic resilience.It has been showed by former researches that the evaluation of seismic resilience of building site was rarely involved in the evaluation of seismic resilience of building site,only the measures to deal with the adverse effects of postearthquake disasters on buildings were proposed.However,the evaluation of seismic resilience of building site had not been given.As the support and environment of buildings,the building site and resilience of building site is an inevitable part of the study of seismic resilience of buildings.Therefore,site seismic resilience evaluation is one of the hot issues in current site seismic research,which has aroused great attention in the field of geotechnical engineering seismic research.The evaluation of seismic resilience of building site is the basis of the evaluation of seismic resilience of building site.The research on seismic resilience of building site is still blank in China.Therefore,the study of seismic resilience of building site has important theoretical significance and engineering application value to promote the evaluation of seismic resilience of building.In this paper,the evaluation of seismic resilience of building site is preliminarily explored,and the evaluation index system and evaluation method of seismic resilience of building site are preliminarily proposed.The main work and research achievements are as follows:(1)The concept of seismic resilience of building site is put forward.The definition and connotation of resilience are collected and sorted out,and the core ideas of resilience are summarized and concluded.The concept of seismic resilience of buildings is sorted out and analyzed.Based on the detailed discussion of the effect of site conditions on ground motion,the concept of seismic resilience of building site is put forward.(2)The evaluation index system of seismic resilience of building site is established.The seismic resilience of building site is measured by analyzing engineering geological conditions,seismic effect,seismic geological hazards and requirement for site function.Based on the above,the evaluation index system of seismic resilience of building site is formed,which consists of 1 target layer,7 dimensions layers and 27 indices layer.(3)The evaluation method and grade of seismic resilience of building site are given.The evaluation of seismic resilience of building site is a multi-parameter evaluation problem.In order to ensure the objectivity of the calculation results,the CRITIC method(importance coefficient method)is selected to calculate the weight of evaluation index.The evaluation index data of 50 building sites are selected,and the weight of evaluation index is calculated by means of SPSSAU software and CRITIC method.On this basis,the seismic resilience value of building site is given through calculation.In this paper,the seismic resilience grade of building site is divided by TOPSIS method.The seismic resistance of building site can be equitably divided into four grades of high,medium high,medium low and low.In order to conform to the national standard GB/T 38591-2020 "Evaluation Standard for Seismic Resilience of Buildings",different stars are awarded to different seismic resilience building sites.(4)The feasibility and rationality of the proposed evaluation method are verified by practical engineering.Taking four building sites as examples,the concept,evaluation indexes and methods proposed in this paper are used to evaluate the seismic resilience of four building sites.The results show that the seismic resilience calculation results of the four building sites accord with generally understanding of the site seismic resilience and the actual situation,the practical engineering test shows that the method presented in this paper is reasonable and feasible to some extent. |
