| Cities are important places for human activities and they are also an important performance of human civilization.It is an eternal topic of human society to ensure the safety and prosperity of cities by resisting various disasters.At the present day,Constructing resilience city is an important measure for human beings to resist urban disasters.The concept of resilience city originates from the International Disaster Reduction Plan advocated by the United Nations.Resilience city is the product of global politics,economy,society,disaster prevention and mitigation,and city planning and development.Earthquake is one of the important disasters that threaten city security.Earthquake disasters are closely related to site condition and the seismic intensity.Since the concept of resilience city was put forward,scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research work on the evaluation of resilience city,and get rich research results,but the research on the seismic resilience of city site is still blank.The site is an important carrier of city and one of the core contents of city earthquake resistance and disaster prevention.Therefore,the research on seismic resilience of city site has important theoretical significance and practical value for city safety and the developing of resilience city.In this paper,the following research work is carried out for the evaluation of seismic resilience of city site.1.Study history and current situation of resilience city and city seismic resilience were summarized and sorted outOn the basis of collecting and sorting out a large number of relevant documents,the origin and research process of resilience city are sorted out;The definition of resilience city by relevant international organizations and some Chinese and foreign scholars are summarized;The current evaluation indicators and evaluations methods of resilience city are summarized;The current study situation of city seismic resilience and the key scientific issues that need to be researched in this field were summarized.2.The concepts of city site resilience and seismic resilience of city site were proposedIn this paper,the origin and related definitions of the term "resilience" were analyzed in an in-depth and comprehensive manner;the development and application of resilience were summarized.the impact of site on city security was analyzed and the theoretical basis of site resilience was discussed.On this basis,the concepts of city site resilience and seismic resilience of city site were proposed for the first time.These concepts have laid an important theoretical foundation for the evaluation of seismic resilience of city site.3.An evaluating index system for the seismic resilience of city site was constructedSite engineering geological conditions,earthquake and geological hazards,the seismic intensity and human engineering activities on the impact of seismic resilience of city site were analyzed;The way to achieve seismic resilience evaluation of city site was discussed.On this basis,an evaluating index system of seismic resilience of city site was constructed,and different levels of evaluation indicators were provided for the evaluation of site seismic resilience.4.The evaluation of seismic resilience of city site was realized by using the entropy method,and the feasibility and rationality of the method are demonstrated through application examples.In this paper,the entropy method was selected as the evaluation method for seismic resilience of city site after summarizing and comparing several multi-parameter evaluation methods.The site seismic resilience evaluation index system proposed in this paper was applied to evaluate the seismic resilience of five cities including Xichang,Songyuan,Langfang,Zhangjiakou and Shijiazhuang,the results showed that this method is feasible and reasonable. |
