Research On The Planning And Design Method Of Rural Tourism Landscape Under The Mode Of Pastoral Complex

The rapid development of China's urbanization process has led to a two-stage development trend between urban and rural areas,and the "dual" problem between urban and rural areas has increased.Urban development is rapid,resources are short,traffic jams,ecological damage;The countryside is sparsely populated,developing slowly and its characteristics disappear."Duality" is an inevitable problem in the process of urban and rural development.Fortunately,the country has promulgated a series of policies and inclined to guide the development of rural areas,which has brought more opportunities for the all-round development of villages.In February 2017,document No.1 of the central government proposed the construction of a pastoral complex as a pilot project to promote the integration and development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Pastoral complex is a new tourism development model and rural construction model,which integrating modern agriculture,leisure tourism and pastoral community.pastoral complex uses innovative methods to make full use of rural resources to form a multi-functional,compound and innovative regional economic complex,which can promote the sustainable development of rural areas.At the same stage,rural tourism,as an important industry in the development of rural economy,has entered a bottleneck period with a series of problems,such as the lack of overall systematic planning of tourism landscape,incomplete functions,loss of traditional characteristic culture and destruction of rural ecological environment.Therefore,it is an important topic to explore new methods and new ideas for sustainable development of rural tourism.Based on the construction and development model of pastoral complex,this paper explores the methods suitable for the development and construction of rural tourism,so as to solve the problems in the development of rural tourism and promote the integration of urban and rural areas.This paper analyzes and interprets a series of domestic and foreign pastoral complex construction cases,summarizes experiences and methods,and carefully studies four development modes embodied in rural complex,including: dominant characteristic agricultural industrial park mode,cultural creativity-driven one,two,and three industries integration development mode,urban suburban modern agricultural sightseeing park mode,agricultural creativity,and agricultural experience mode.Finally,it explores the methods andideas of rural tourism construction from eight aspects,including: first,the protection and excavation of rural tourism landscape;Second,protect the ecology of rural tourism landscape;Third,the restoration of rural living space;Fourth,the creation of pastoral communities and landmark buildings;Fifth,take agriculture as the support,promote multiple values;Sixth,tourism planning relying on rural production and living culture;Seventh,Inheriting and protecting local culture;Eight,improve the system of public service facilities.Finally,based on the above theory,the planning and design of the rural tourism landscape of Longxin Village in Anshun City was completed.
