With the rapid development of civil aviation in China.The comprehensive protection capacity of the nation’s civil transport airports,especially the hub airports,has been improved,and most of them have adopted measures to increase resources such as new taxiways,runways,and terminals.Although the volume of flights decreased after 2019 years,a large number of flights were delayed due to weather,flow control and other factors.The frequency of using airport field resources has surged in a short period,which has put considerable pressure on airport resource allocation.Analysis shows that increasing airport capacity simply through airport renovation and expansion has limited space,long lead time and large investment.Therefore,through intelligent means,analysis of field resources and precise improvement of operational efficiency is now a top priority for airport resource management.This paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the use rules of the three major resources on the scene—runway,taxiway,and parking bay,and analyzes the way that aircraft occupy these three resources.Secondly,it is abstracted into integer programming according to the restriction of the usage rules of the three major resources,and the establishment of the multi-objective integer programming model is completed considering the interests of airports,airlines,and passengers.The model includes the joint assignment problem of taxi path optimization and parking space assignment.Finally,the NSGA II algorithm is used,based on the real data and flight data of a double runway airport in my country.Solve the established model.The results show that the above model can restore the aircraft running on the surface to a greater extent,the NSGA II algorithm has a good convergence speed,and the obtained results can provide decision support for the airport command center to allocate resources. |
