Electric energy has become an indispensable resource in our production and life,and all infrastructure construction and economic activities can not be separated from the support of electricity.It is also an important driving force to promote the development of human society.With the rapid economic development and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the quality and quantity of electric energy are required to be higher.However,the power supply in our country has not kept up with the increasing demand of speed in time.However,the current situation of power supply in our country is that the power network infrastructure is backward,the distribution of high voltage stations is uneven and the number is insufficient,the capacity to load ratio of substation is too low,and so on.This phenomenon will seriously restrict the economic and social development,so.The improvement of power supply quality and quantity is the main task of electric power enterprises.The determination of substation location is the key link in the power network planning,and the planning result is reasonable to the whole power network structure.The reliability of power supply safety has a direct impact on the power supply.Only by scientifically and reasonably solving the problem of substation location can the operation efficiency of power system be improved more effectively.This paper first introduces the existing research status of substation location and planning at home and abroad,and then summarizes the relevant theory of substation location,including the classification of substation.The theoretical and practical significance of location selection,the main purpose and related principles,etc.,and focus on the traditional and modern intelligent optimization evaluation methods related to substation location.Its advantages and disadvantages and its application are discussed in detail.Then,the factors affecting the location of Tangshan Xiaguanying 220 KV substation are analyzed in detail,and then the evaluation index system of Tangshan Xiaguanying 220 KV substation location is constructed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed.Finally,taking Tangshan Xiaguanying 220 KV substation project as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate its two alternative sites.After comprehensive calculation and analysis,the final evaluation results are as follows: site one is the best scheme.Tangshan economy is developing rapidly,and the load demand is increasing year by year.The research of this paper has important practical significance to alleviate the shortage of power supply and improve the power quality in Xia Guanying area of Tangshan,which makes the structure of the whole Tangshan power grid optimized.This ensures the economic development of the region.
