Since World War II,in local wars and anti-terrorism wars,small rockets have played a very important role in wars due to their small size and portability.However,many individual rockets are still uncontrollable and have limited ability to strike moving targets.Based on this background,this paper presents a design scheme of a dual-channel and two-set steering gear differential control for individual guided rockets..Taking the single-soldier guided rocket as the research object,the BTT is proposed,and researches on the control system of individual guided rockets.The main research content of this paper can be divided into the following aspects:(1)This paper presents the layout plan of the individual guided rocket with dual channel and two sets of steering gear differential control,that is,the wing is located in the middle of the body,in a "δΈ€" layout.Based on the layout of the body.This paper proposes the BTT control scheme and introduces the hardware components required by the control system;(2)This paper derives the mathematical model of a single-soldier guided rocket controlled by dual-channel and two sets of steering gears and designs ADRC controller to control the roll channel and the pitch channel respectively.This paper analyzes the tracking effect of the output signal of each channel,the decoupling between the channels,the anti-interference and robustness through simulation experiments,and finally the PID controller is designed to compare with the ADRC controller.The simulation results proves the feasibility of the BTT control scheme;(3)This paper is aimed at the communication requirements of the control system of a single-soldier guided rocket controlled by two sets of steering gears.,this paper designs a missile-borne computer based on TMS320F28335 DSP,which mainly includes minimum system circuits such as power supply modules and clock modules,and SCI peripheral circuits such as communication interface and AD sampling processing module;(4)In order to realize the control of two sets of DC servos,this paper designs a PWM power amplifier,uses the HIP4081 chip to realize bipolar drive control of the servos,and designs a photoelectric coupling isolation module to ensure the motor drive circuit and the missile-borne computer Isolation of the circuit;(5)Finally,write the steering gear function realization program to verify the designed hardware system function and steering gear control function and verify that the basic functions of the missile-borne computer and hardware system meet the basic requirements.In this paper,the simulation experiment and the function of the steering gear are realized,and the theory and practice have proved the feasibility of the dual-channel two sets of steering gear differential control to realize the BTT control method,which provides an effective solution for the development of individual guided rockets.
