| With the advent of the industrial 4.0 era,the affect of digitization and intelligence is increasing and no matter state-owned or private enterprises,most of them are trying to carry out digital management transformation.At present,China has become the largest bus manufacturer in the world with an increasing of export volume year by year,but compared with the world famous manufacturers,there is still a certain gap in the high-end product and quality.Meanwhile,with the development of social economy and the change of main social contradictions,customer demand of bus industry is tend to be customized and high-end,which not only brings great challenges to the operation and management of bus enterprises,but also increases the complexity and difficulty of production and manufacturing management.With the rapid development of digital technology,bus companies begin to study the transformation of digital management,aiming to improve quality and efficiency by means of digitization.Through the collection and research of relevant literature,the visit of experts,the investigation of M bus production management,and the analysis of actual business data,this paper identifies the main problems of M bus production management and deeply analyzes the causes in terms of poor implementation of production plan,on-site material shortage,low-level quality problems and low equipment utilization.Then,focusing on the main problems,this paper categorizes the overall scenarios,defines values of the digital construction of production management of M bus and designs the overall digital scheme of production management from the three levels of production management,execution and control,including digital platforms of production management and control,digital production execution monitoring and abnormal scheduling management,accurate distribution of production materials and intelligent material selection guidance,digital operation guidance for production staff and accurate quality control,and digital control of key production equipment,etc.Moreover,centered on MES system,ERP,PDM,CAPP,LES and other IT systems are integrated,which overall makes the design of the whole digital scheme of production management more comprehensive and complete,so as to to realize the flow and sharing of data,and to drive the continuous optimization and improvement of business.In addition,the optimization of organization chart and responsibilities,design of implementation way and building of evaluation systems are carried out simultaneously,so as to ensure the effective landing of the whole scheme.Finally,through the implementation and verification of the scheme,the current problems of M bus in production management are effectively solved,such as delivery,quality of production and processing,equipment utilization are improved,and the overall quality and efficiency of production are improved.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is achieved and a certain foundation is laid for the subsequent research and implementation of the overall digital management transformation of the enterprise.At the same time,it can also provide a good reference for bus,commercial vehicle and other related industries to study the digital transformation and application of production management under the demand of customization. |
