Electric vehicle is the future development trend in the field of automobile.Reducer is an important part of electric vehicle,its performance,especially in vibration and noise,has an important impact on electric vehicles.Because electric vehicles do not have the vibration noise of the engine,the NVH problem of reducer is easier to be exposed.Transmission enterprise engineers usually used to design gears by trial and error method and empirical method,These methods have disadvantages,such as difficult design,low efficiency,high engineering experience requirements,subjective opinion,optimum design cannot be guaranteed.In addition,enterprises rely heavily on foreign industrial software,which cause the company to be constrained,and the general software can not meet some special needs.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the gear parametric design software system for our own country to improve the design efficiency and performance quality of reducer gear system.This paper mainly studies the design method of gear transmission system of electric vehicle reducer,the macro parameter design logic and its range of the reducer gear system are determined,the calculation methods of the structural parameters and performance parameters of the reducer are deduced.BP neural network is used to train and obtain the prediction model of macro parameters and mesh stiffness,the gear parameter optimization model of reducer is established,which takes the macro parameters as the decision variables to optimize the volume and NVH performance of reducer,the improved adaptive genetic algorithm program is compiled on the MATLAB platform to solve the optimization model.The gear parametric design software system is developed by using VB of visual studio Net integrates MATLAB,My SQL,Excel and other software,the parameter optimization algorithm of gear system is encapsulated in the application software.Finally,the optimization design results of gear parametric design software system are verified by the simulation analysis of virtual prototype and the bench test of solid prototype.In this paper,the intelligent algorithm is applied to the design of gear machinery,the optimal design of gear transmission system of reducer is realized,and the performance and quality of gear design are improved;the gear parametric design system is developed by using computer programming language,which improves the design efficiency of engineers,and reduces the dependence of transmission enterprises on foreign industrial software to a certain extent,it has certain practicability and engineering value.
