Now, the gear machinery is progressing towards miniaturization, super-speed,low noise, high reliability in the International. Through the optimization design, canenhance the fatigue strength and reliability, and create more economic benefit andsocial benefit, so this work is with significant meaning.In order to optimization about the gear, the main research in this thesis content asfollows:Analysis the parameters of gear geometry model and space meshing theory, thenbasis of the analysis to find out decision parameters of gear strength, the finiteelement model of the gear was established by used this parameters. To analysis thefatigue life about the finite element model established in the first and then gets aseries of results about fatigue life of gear established by all kinds of parameters, andlay the foundation for the next step of the optimization design.Based on the finite element model and the calculation of fatigue life, get thetarget about the optimization model, the target function of it, and the constraintcondition, then establish gear with important parameters optimization model. The goalof this paper is under the requirements of optimization design such also strength andgeometric constraint condition to get the highest strength, longest life gear.Use the Microsoft VC++2008programming languages to realized the mainwork of this paper, and preliminary established a workbench to realize automaticoptimization about gear parameters under the requirements such as intensity andgeometric to get highest, longest life expectancy. This work is useful to furtherimprovement of the gear and convenient for researchers to use.
