Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Community Environmental Livability Based On New Urbanism ——A Case Study Of Mianyang City

With the rapid development of my country’s social economy and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,it has also brought a series of impacts on community space,such as poor traffic,deterioration of living environment,imperfect living facilities,unbalanced work and housing,and insufficient leisure space.quality issue.As the basic unit of the city,the community is the main place for the life and social activities of the community residents.The community environment is the basis for the survival and development of the residents.Therefore,creating a livable community with a comfortable,convenient,safe and beautiful environment has become the internal demand of the public.Objectively evaluating the livability level of the community environment and identifying the key issues that affect the livability of the community will help city managers make targeted community renewal decisions.This paper analyzes the convergence between the new urbanism theory and the concept of community environment livability,constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of community environment livability,and selects 28 communities in the old urban area of Mianyang city center for empirical research.Quantitatively analyzes the overall livability level and its influencing factors of the community environment in the old urban area of Mianyang,summarizes the types,spatial distribution and characteristics of the communities,proposes optimization strategies for different types of communities,and takes Anchang community as a typical case,combining subjective and objective,and put forward a targeted renewal strategy.In general,the idea of "evaluation objectives-evaluation elements-evaluation methods-result analysis-strategic exploration" is adopted.The first is the construction of an evaluation index system based on new urbanism.This paper sorts out domestic and foreign literatures related to new urbanism,livable community and livable community evaluation,and analyzes the internal relationship between new urbanism and livable community based on the theory of new urbanism and livable community theory.According to the key points of diverse housing types,mixed functions,walkability,convenient transportation,and compact development advocated in New Urbanism,and referring to relevant typical indicator systems,the construction of housing environment,work and employment,service facilities,transportation,public leisure and The community environment livability evaluation index system is carried by 6 first-level indicators（dimension layer）,15 second-level indicators（element layer）and 27 third-level indicators（indicator layer）carried by resources.Secondly,the evaluation of community environment livability in Mianyang City.Taking 28 communities in the old urban area of Mianyang City as research samples,collect and measure multi-source big data poi points,housing network data,Baidu heat map and building roads and other data,and choose analytic hierarchy process,comprehensive index method and cluster analysis method as Evaluation method,the evaluation level and spatial distribution characteristics of environmental livability in Mianyang community are obtained,and the Arc GIS natural breakpoint method is used to classify it into five grades of "very poor,poor,average,good,and very good",and the overall level is from south to south.The livability of the northern,eastern and western regions gradually decreases.The areas with higher evaluation values are concentrated in the central area of the old city,and the difference between the north and the south is large,and the poor grades are distributed in the western edge.Then,the cluster analysis method is used to divide the community into five types: environment improvement type,quality optimization type,basic improvement type,housing security type and functional repair type,and summarizes the main characteristics and livable factors of each type of community.Finally,the optimization strategy of community environment livability is proposed.Combined with the results of the livability evaluation,it is believed that the environmentimproving community should improve the quality of the living environment;the qualityoptimizing community should intensively use land and make up for leisure space;the basiccomplete community should optimize the layout of service functions and improve the transportation system;The strategy of environmental protection,reducing community development,and increasing employment space;functionally repaired communities adopt the optimization strategy of increasing employment space,improving service facilities,sorting out the transportation system,and reshaping leisure space.Then select Anchang community as an example to conduct on-the-spot research,use the methods of questionnaire distribution and on-site reconnaissance,combined with the specific situation of the current community and the results of residents’ satisfaction,analyze the main problems existing in the environment of Anchang community,and explore its specific optimization and update strategies,including improving The quality of the living environment,the improvement of the service facility system,the integration of the public space network,and the control of the intensity of land development,etc.,help guide the construction of the urban community environment under the background of stock planning,help residents realize a happy and beautiful life,and enhance their sense of life satisfaction.
