Research On The Evaluation Of The Livability Of Village Living Environment From The Perspective Of Subjective And Objective Comparison

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the country has attached great importance to the construction of rural livability,but the construction of rural livability is a continuous and dynamic process.There are more problems.Through real-time evaluation and evaluation,the normalized supervision and inspection of construction work can be realized,so that problems can be found,fed back and solved in time,so that the goals of construction work are clearer and the construction content is more targeted.Although the research on the evaluation of rural construction has received attention,from the perspective of livability,there is still less research from the perspective of subjective and objective evaluation.In view of this,this paper takes the residential environment that residents care most about,most closely and most expect in their daily life as the research carrier of rural livability construction,and tries to answer the following two questions: First,how to develop villages objectively and subjectively Living environment livability evaluation? Second,what characteristics and problems exist in the livability construction of village living environment,what are the reasons,and how to optimize them? Through the research on the above problems,it is expected to be beneficial to the improvement of the evaluation theory of the livability of the village living environment and the optimization of the village living environment.The thesis is closely related to the core issues of the research.First,it constructs a basic framework for the evaluation model of village living environment livability including five dimensions: ecology,health,convenience,vitality,and humanities.Based on the three-dimensional village living environment livability evaluation content extraction method,the evaluation content is extracted,and the evaluation model is finally constructed;The characteristics of the subjective and objective evaluation index system determine its operation method;a comparison matrix of subjective and objective evaluation results is established.The habitability grade is used to determine the subjective and objective evaluation methods of the livability of the village living environment.Secondly,the feasibility of the evaluation method is verified by the case study method,and the characteristics and problems of the livability construction of the village living environment are summarized by comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of the case.Three villages in Changsha City were selected for empirical evaluation,combined with the village construction situation in Changsha City and the relevant design standards or guidelines of the national and local governments,the scoring standards suitable for the objective evaluation indicators of the livability of the living environment of the villages in Changsha City were determined;Conduct field research,collect relevant data,and use the evaluation method established above to conduct empirical evaluation;compare and analyze the evaluation results,summarize the characteristics and problems of the livable construction of the village living environment based on the investigation,and try to analyze the reasons.Finally,combined with the characteristics and problems of the livability construction of the village living environment summed up by the empirical evaluation of the case,a subjective and objective integration of the problem diagnosis,problem classification,optimization method and optimization goal is constructed to optimize the livability of the village living environment.Specific optimization measures are put forward for some problems existing in the five dimensions of,health,convenience,vitality,and humanities;and a fourdimensional village planning response strategy oriented to problems,needs,goals,and actions is put forward.
